We will keep it to the point.

1. A major screw-up from "many" seed and flash buyers,
2. A temporary hiccup in the tax function (technical details of which will follow),
3. The plan forward,
4. What future holds,
5. A request,
6. And an apology.

1. We sky-rocketed to insane marketcap during the first minute. We expected people to appreciate all marketing efforts done to attract buyers who took the candle that high. While it's OK to make some profit with decency, it's an entirely different thing to dump it shamefully. But again we all saw it coming in the poll which told us that hodlers are outnumber by sellers by wide margin.

2. The tax thing ad been tested twice on testnet with all the functions audited by two well-known companies, it didn't work during the launch (for below reason which we have received from the dev). We noticed it when transactions went through without slippage. As a result all buy/sell transactions went tax free keeping the marketing, liquidity, and dividends pool dry.

3. The liquidity was locked for until mid 2023 so getting it out is not possible for us. What you can do:
3a. Is to immediately stop buying on this contract,
3b. And best, send all tokens to the recovery wallet address below and let us reimburse you the BNBs by selling all tokens in one single lot. The BNBs will be distributed according to the initial investment/token holdings in the wallet.
3c. Or sell the tokens yourself to recover the investment.
3d. Priority will be given to the people who send us their tokens as selling them in one single lot can save huge gas compared to individual sells which burn more gas.

4. We neither had ill intentions nor are running away. We had the most transparent log of all lock and burn activities and anticipated better from the investors - lot of them didn't care much and didn't think twice to paint the red candle - a thing that spooked new buyers coming from all sort of channels.

For the tax, things can go off now and then but nothing that is not fixable. There was always an option to deploy fresh contract with the tax bug removed and distribute dividends for earlier transactions as well. This plan has however been called off seeing the dump. This thing cannot be hyped no matter what is injected into it.

5. BSCScan dump has been obtained and will be thoroughly worked upon.
5a. All seed/flash/presale investors that dumped the token in profit or their entering price will not be reimbursed anything, they did what they did.
5b. All seed/flash/presale investors that hoddled the token till last or only sold it in the end seeing the dip incoming, they will be compensated for their losses as best we can. Goal is to return them their BNB that was contributed.
5c. This has been made possible by few sister projects the names of which cannot be disclosed who will provide bailout money as per existing contracts with them. Talks are already underway. Rest assured that we will try our best that no single investor lose their money in TsarNetwork irrespective of the future of the project. As of yet no deadline has been received as to when the recompensation will be completed.
5d. A section will be made live on the website with a record of all investment wallets, all sell transactions from those wallets, a percentage of how much profit they were able to book or how much loss they suffered, and finally the full amount returned to them.
5e. You are requested not to lose access to the wallets as compensation will be sent in the same wallets.
5f. You are requested not to leave the group or unsubscribe the announcement channel because these are the source of valuable communication between you and the team.
5g. Please be informed that whoever leaves the group or announcement channel can miss out on important refund announcements as we have no other way to reach out to them.

6. We had presented the best usecase before the world and hoped to turn it into a reality for investors as well as users. The scenario that turned out is neither in our favour nor investors. Although in no way responsible for whatever happened, we apologize to the whole community minus the people who tanked it from 28M to the presale price.

We are making a recompensation plan and are gathering all data from investors. People are slowly coming in and sending us their tokens back. We are trying to sell them in reasonably sized batches to consume optimal gas. New buys kept happening but we have advertised in all groups to please stop buying and not throw new money in the pool.

1. 1st compensation priority are the people who kept all tokens and only sent them to us after our announcement.

2. 2nd compensation priority are the people who did not sell tokens until our announcement.

3. 3rd compensation priority are the people who sold at loss due to the dip incoming before our announcement.

4. While this is not an ideal situation we request you to please remain calm as we are working out the things.

5. We are here and always will be. We are getting literally hundreds of DMs but please understand that it is not humanly possible for us to keep answering them since we need to work and work a lot.

6. DMs are of two types, those asking refunds and those asking tokens for the patched up contract. Please give the team some time to decide the best course of action and we will announce it here in the group.

7. Rectification of things, compensation plan and per investor details on website, the current and future development, taking people into confidence - there is too much that needs attention and we will appreciate your understanding. We have all your transactions data and while it is not possible to keep replying to DMs we want you to reach us via "care@tsar.network".

8. We will regularly post all developments in the group and will resume chat once the load subsides. This is to make sure that everyone stays updated about each and everything that happens from here onwards.

It's not our fault whatever happened. Many projects share same fate at launch but the difference between them and us is that they run away and we are holding the ground. Although not directly responsible for the actions of whoever decided to dump, we accept blame and are willing to move forward, working in every possible manner to compensate those who trusted us.

Please be informed that we are still receiving $TSAR tokens from the users and liquidating them against the PancakeSwap pool. We are also waiting for the remaining tokens to unlock so that we can sell them.

A lot of investors sold on profit which is why all $TSAR in the pool is now giving less BNB way lower than the list price. We neither have that much BNB on us nor there is any way to fully refund each and everyone without relaunch and redoing the contract. We are actively looking for ways to raise a significant amount that can compensate all and this process is going to take time. The tentative date agreed by the team by which all recompensation will complete is 15-Mar-2022

You can keep sending the old $TSAR tokens to the recovery wallet address and can see the BNBs recovered so far. We are waiting on the final details of the new contract and will release information here as soon as we have that.
