This is an announcement regarding end of Seed Round and what's next.
As you all know the seed round ends today on 07-Nov-2021 23:59 UTC. It went decent but not what we had anticipated. Reason? Broken commitments. We had around 600 whitelist entries, majority of them skipped and fell victim to latest memes or as we call them crypto abominations (yes, we looked at no-show wallets :)
What Does This Mean:
It highlights a sad truth that with the recent bull run, meme market is flourishing with real projects fighting to compete. Memes are a race to quick gains via pump-n-dump strategies, but they are the in-thing today. Naturally we had a choice to make:

a. Move onto the pre-sale the DEX Launch hoping that things turn in favour
b. Postpone pre-sale and DEX launch for a while and bring out beta products

We had discussions with advisors as well as few investors, thanks to all input we went with the second option. Building good credibility before pre-sale and DEX launch can do magic for the platform as well as initial investors, and a beta reveal can just be the right thing to achieve that.
Tsar was never about quick (and then diminishing) gains. Instead we are determined to deliver a sustainable DeFi system that grows into a giant – we don’t mind if that growth be slow as long as it’s organic and lasts.
The team is working on the platform as we speak and beta launch is the focus right now. We are working round the clock to reveal Beta as soon as humanly possible, that’s when we do the pre-sale followed by the launch.
(New Dates will be announced) MVP availability will increase trust and help attract new investors that can spark upward price movement. This will be beneficial for initial investors as well as stability of the coin. And to aid all this a robust marketing strategy is in place.

1st presale at PinkSale was cancelled. Stuck transactions due to high GWEI demand don't show immediately in the BNB fill meter. This, coupled with lost traffic due to indexing delay (Tsar showing as upcoming instead of ongoing) slowed down the sale. There was ample time to hit softcap, but hardcap in such situations becomes impractical. We cancelled the sale immediately for later.

Some famous launchpads which we contacted lacked vesting features. 50/50 vesting remains vital component of tokenomics to stabilize the price and safeguard investors. Moreover, some platforms came with added complexity of their own tokenomics kicking in, something unnecessary for us when we can do better.

Sale will be held at our own website through a contract, 50% tokens purchased will be released immediately to the investors and 50% 4 weeks into launch. Investment will be returned in case softcap is not met. Details of sale are as follows.
