This is Maya from our area in BC, Canada. She was critically injured in a mass shooting and is still fighting for her life. She’s barely hanging on.
Heavenly Father,
We come together as one family to lift Maya up to You.
Cover her with Your healing hands.
We pray that these gunshot wounds will not have the final word over her life.
Restore her body, strengthen her spirit, and surround her with Your peace.
Lord, do what only You can do.
Show Yourself mighty in her situation.
Let her life be a testimony of Your grace and power.

🇨🇦 #Canada. This trans-identified man, Alice Michael Attwood, 35, was charged with aggravated assault after stabbing their two children (ages 7 and 8) in Grande Prairie, AB, on Feb 19, 2025. The 8-year-old required surgery for a severed esophagus.
Attwood was released on bail after psychiatric assessment and has been seen in Calgary living in a van with “Every Child Matters” on it. Sentencing pending.
A Canadian judge decided he should roam our streets while awaiting sentencing.
