Canada DID NOT MANDATE VACCINES
Let me be perfectly clear. We did not mandate vaccines! It was your corporations and workplaces that mandated them! We only suggested a "policy". Checkmate.

House Republicans Move to Abolish H-1B Visa Program
House Republicans have introduced legislation to eliminate the H-1B visa program, drawing backlash from Indian media and business groups. Rep. Greg Steube argues the program allows companies to replace American workers — particularly in entry-level tech roles — with foreign labor, pointing to major employers like Microsoft and Amazon as heavy users of H-1B visas. Steube says ending the program would protect job opportunities for young American workers and aligns with an America-first employment policy.

In the Bavarian town of Bad Tölz, a refugee accommodation facility has become vacant, costing taxpayers dearly – the empty building costs €56,600 per month in rent, even though no refugees are living there.
The farce began back in September 2023, when the Bad Tölz city council unanimously rejected the construction of an asylum center by a private investor. Nevertheless, the district office of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen approved the construction. At the time, municipalities were worried about being overwhelmed by the large number of newly arriving refugees – but the resistance to the construction was immense. Both the city and a local resident filed lawsuits – and won.
The contract runs for a total of twelve years – in the first 15 months of the lease to the city, a total of €849,000 in rent was already paid.
