Pfizer seizes HMAS Stirling Naval Base after Morrison fails to meet vaccination targets

Pfizer has taken control of HMAS Stirling Naval Base in Western Australia, after EZFKA Prime Minister Scott Morrison failed to meet vaccination targets for the third month in a row.

Pfizer stated that the deal, signed under the terms of the Trans Pacific Partnership, allowed the pharmaceutical corporation to claim the military base similar to deals signed around the world, including with many South American nations.
“It’s specifically stated in the contract that Morrison signed with us that he put up Garden Island and Kapooka as two assets we can seize as collateral,” Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said.

“We wanted the Port of Darwin but that’s already been taken.”
PLAN ships are due to arrive in Rockingham next week to complete the seizure.

The courts will likely agree that the federal government has the authority to enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandates, but will argue that the rules and penalties can’t be enforced, Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said.

President Joe Biden said on Sept. 9 that he’ll direct the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to mandate that employees at companies with 100 or more workers will have to either submit to weekly testing or get a COVID-19 vaccine. White House officials have said that fines will be handed down to those who don’t comply with the rule, which will impact about 80 million private-sector employees.

“No. 1, is this something the federal government can do as compared to the states?” Dershowitz told Newsmax. “The states have police power. The federal government doesn’t have police power. The federal government’s powers have to derive from the text of the Constitution.”

It’s likely that the courts will say that the government can enforce vaccine mandates, but will argue that only Congress can order punishments and fines, he said.

“I think the courts will say the federal government does have the power, because this is a national issue across the state lines. It’s not limited to states. It’s contagious,” Dershowitz said. “I think they will say that in the event that science supports it, there can be mandated vaccinations with exceptions.”

But such mandates are “generally relegated to the legislature in our system of government, so I think the courts will focus on that issue first and say that the president may not have the authority to do this without congressional authorization,” according to Dershowitz.

“You can’t say it’s an emergency,” he said. “This problem has existed since the first day of the Biden administration, and it will continue to exist on the last day of the Biden administration, because we’re not going to see an end of COVID.

“We’re going to see COVID become like the flu. Seasonal different variations, different vaccinations, so it shouldn’t be done under the rubric of emergency. It should be done under the rubric of ordinary congressional power.”

When the mandates are handed down to companies under Biden’s order, Dershowitz said that it’ll be a “big payday for lawyers,” who will likely file numerous lawsuits on behalf of businesses and other entities.

“There will be individuals who will be fired, and they’ll sue immediately,” he said. “There will be companies—and I know there are some already who said we refuse to obey this mandate—and we’ve had companies and states indicate they’re going to file suit.”

NY Hospital Will Stop Delivering Babies as Maternity Workers Resign Over Vaccine Mandate

A hospital in upstate New York won’t have the capacity to deliver babies after six employees in its maternity ward resigned instead of taking the COVID-19 vaccine as part of an executive order handed down by former Gov. Andrew Cuomo several weeks ago.

Lewis County General Hospital in Lowville said it will work with state officials to ensure that the maternity unit doesn’t shut down permanently, officials said, WWNY-TV reported. Six employees who were employed in the unit resigned, while seven more who are apparently not vaccinated are undecided, Lewis County Health System Chief Executive Officer Gerald Cayer said.

Due to the staffing shortage, the hospital won’t be able to deliver newborns, Cayer said.

“If we can pause the service and now focus on recruiting nurses who are vaccinated, we will be able to reengage in delivering babies here in Lewis County,” Cayer said at a news conference on Sept. 10.

About 165 hospital employees haven’t yet been vaccinated against COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, Cayer said. That’s about 27 percent of the workforce, he said.

“Our hope is as we get closer (to the deadline), the numbers will increase of individuals who are vaccinated, fewer individuals will leave, and maybe, with a little luck, some of those who have resigned will reconsider,” Cayer said. “We are not alone. There are thousands of positions that are open north of the Thruway [a highway system spanning upstate New York], and now, we have a challenge to work through, you know, with the vaccination mandate.”

In August, Cuomo, a Democrat who resigned over alleged inappropriate behavior with staffers, issued an order that all health care workers in New York state must get their first COVID-19 shot by Sept. 27. And last week, President Joe Biden issued an announcement saying that health care workers at facilities that receive Medicaid or Medicare funding have to get vaccinated, with no exceptions, with officials estimating that 50,000 such employees would be affected by the mandate.

Hospital workers in California, Tennessee, and Texas have demonstrated against recent vaccine mandates. In June, a number of employees at Houston Methodist hospital in Texas walked out during their shifts to protest the company’s vaccine mandate.

Biden’s announcement also targeted more than 80 million workers who are employed at companies with 100 workers or more, saying that these employees have to either get a COVID-19 vaccine or be tested weekly for the CCP virus. Although few details have been released about how it would be enforced, some officials said harsh fines would be imposed if workers don’t adhere to the mandate.

Lewis County General Hospital officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for additional comment.

"My niece had her second child last month and throughout her pregnancy she resisted being vaccinated. A month before the baby was born she was told that she would need a cesarean section and the hospital and doctors insisted that they would not allow her into the hospital unless she had the jab.

With such pressure, and the worry of her baby's health, she felt forced to comply and take the CV v@x. Now the baby is in hospital, has uncontrollable intermittent 'jitters' that are worsening and needs a brain scan as they cannot fathom what is causing this 😢

Heads threatened with legal action over Covid jabs

Head teachers have been threatened with legal action if they take an active part in the Covid-vaccination programme.

Pressure group Lawyers for Liberty warned school staff could be held liable if families objections are not listened to.

Health workers - and not school staff - will vaccinate 12- to 15-year-olds.

One in eight in are already vaccinated because they, or someone they live with, are clinically vulnerable.

Pupils in schools already receive jabs against other conditions every year, for which consent is gained from parents, guardians and carers, as part of national NHS-run immunisation programmes.

Covid vaccines being used have been through the same testing and approval process - the process was simply completed faster because of the worldwide focus on tackling the pandemic.

And millions of over-12s have received the vaccine around the world in countries already offering the jab to teenagers.

Health Secretary Sajid Javid said the decision to immunise against Covid had been taken after "expert advice" from the UK's top scientists and vaccination experts.

Details are due to be published shortly but it is widely expected school staff will have no role in the immunisation programme, despite the jabs being offered in school settings.

One letter from Lawyers for Liberty, which has been widely circulated to schools and seen by BBC News, talks about "exercising their parental responsibility during the decision-making process".

It adds: "If a parent communicates to you that their child will not to be included in the vaccination programme or does not provide consent, then that decision must be respected, without any further consequences for the child, including direct or indirect discrimination or coercion.

"Failure to do so may result in possible legal claims against you personally and for your school."
