USA NEWS - Arizona Senate to Start Major Audit of 2.1 Million 2020 Presidential Election Ballots

The Arizona Senate, which is controlled by Republicans, is ready to start a major audit of 2.1 million ballots for the 2020 presidential election. The recount will be done by hand this time.

The state Senate said in March they would be conducting a “broad and detailed” audit, adding that they will test voting machines, scan ballots, look for IT breaches, and perform a hand count.

The state-issued subpoenas needed in order to execute the audit have been pending since mid-December and were ruled as valid (pdf) on Feb. 25.

Since then, lawmakers have been working on the specifics for the audit. Karen Fann, the Arizona Senate president, told Just the News that the audit process will commence during the next week.

Fann said the state’s Republicans have faced “sabotage” by Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors and that the process has been hindered.

“The Maricopa BOS has refused to allow us to perform the audit at their facilities,” Fann said, “and has gone so far as to refusing to even answer simple questions such as ‘how are the ballots sequestered?'”

“It’s taken the Senate two and a half months to win in court to uphold our right to issue subpoenas for election materials and another 6 weeks of researching to select the audit team to perform the full forensic audit.”

She said previously that their intention was “never about overturning the election, it was about the integrity of the Arizona election system.”

Fann signed a contract earlier this week to rent the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix for about a month starting April 19, reported azcentral. She previously said that she wanted to use spaces in the county but that they declined.

She explained that there will be physical and live streaming security in the more than 20,000 square foot facility.

“The audit teams are assembling and transporting the equipment and personnel to Arizona with an expected start date of April 22nd,” she added.

Fann noted that the Arizona State Senate and auditors do not have a particular expectation of the findings.
“We are performing the full forensic audit to either dispel our voter’s concerns or, if a problem is uncovered, we must fix the problems before the next election,” she said.

“We have never accused anyone of fraud or misconduct, whether it be the hardware, software or actions of personnel,” Fann added.
“We hope there is no intentional illegal tampering but, if found, we will turn the information over to the state and federal attorney generals for their further legal action and we will proceed to make the appropriate corrections.”

A report is expected to be released in about two months, according to a statement from the state Senate.

The independent audit will be conducted by four out-of-state companies; Wake Technology Services, CyFIR, Digital Discovery, and Cyber Ninjas. Florida-based cybersecurity company Cyber Ninjas will be leading the audit, the Senate said, adding that they focus on computer application security for financial services and government clients.

According to Just the News, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers told Fann in an email that the upcoming audit “is not a joint effort between the County and the Senate Republican Caucus.”

“Maricopa County will not communicate with your vendors or interpret Arizona law for them,” Sellers added.
He also said that because of the unsettled legal ramifications of the documents, Maricopa “cannot be involved in supporting your audit as to do so may expose it to liability for which it has no similar legal protection.”

Sgt. Betsy Smith, spokesperson for the National Police Association, said that the American public deserves to know more about the fatal shooting of U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.

Smith believes that the continued politicization of police has to be addressed, adding that Babbitt did wrong in being part of the group entering the Capitol, but the message the Department of Justice sent by choosing not to prosecute the officer who killed her infers a double standard.

“I feel like what it says to our citizens is that, well, if you are protecting our wealthy politicians at the United States Capitol, you have different rules of engagement than you do if you’re trying to protect a small town or an urban area, and I find that very dangerous,” Smith said on NTD’s “The Nation Speaks.”

The American public deserves to know the details of why deadly force was deployed, because there are very strict rules when we use deadly force,” Smith continued.

“Had Ashley Babbitt been a liberal activist protesting abortion or perhaps protesting Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation at the Supreme Court, we might be dealing with a very different issue, and that is not how the American justice system operates. We also deserve to know that officer’s name, there was really no reason to know the name of the officer that shot Daunte Wright. But yet it was released. And now she (the officer) has had to flee her home.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Capitol Police did not respond to requests for comment.

The DOJ announced on April 14 that the U.S. Capitol Police officer who shot Babbitt will not be charged.

“Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy,” the DOJ said in a statement.

“Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution.”

Terrell Roberts, an attorney for the Babbitt family, told The Epoch Times that the decision was “baffling, given the circumstances that it’s a clear case of shooting an unarmed person without any legal justification.”

Mark Schamel, a lawyer representing the officer, told The Epoch Times via email that the officer “had to resort to deadly force” and that his actions “stopped the mob from breaking through and turning a horrific day in American history into something so much worse.”

Babbitt was with a group that entered the Capitol building on Jan. 6. A witness to the event said that police were asking people to get back and out of the way from a door that had its windows smashed. Babbitt did not heed the call and as she tried to climb through, an African-American police officer wearing a suit fatally shot her in the neck area.

There is no indication that Babbitt was armed and her family’s attorney has said she was not.

Smith, the National Police Association spokesperson, said she was also disturbed by “the complete lack of curiosity by the legacy media.”
“They don’t seem to really care why Ashli Babbitt was killed,” she added.

“They don’t seem to care. They’re so concerned about police tactics and why we do what we do until it comes to Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman shot and killed by law enforcement. I think the American public deserves to know and we need to have that discussion.”

Video: Man Armed With AK-47 Opens Fire on Georgia Deputies

Recently released video footage from sheriff’s deputies shows the moment a man apparently armed with an AK-47-style rifle opened fire at sheriff’s deputies in Carroll County, Georgia.
A Georgia State Patrol trooper tried to pull over a vehicle for traveling at speeds of 111 mph on Interstate 20 early Monday morning.
The two men in the vehicle were identified as 22-year-old Aaron Jajuan Shelton and 28-year-old Pier Alexander Shelton, who are both from Birmingham, Alabama, officials told 11Alive.

“If not for the heroic efforts of all Officers and agencies involved and to Corporal Troutt and Deputy Repetto for stopping the suspect, this incident could have resulted in more Officers being injured or killed and the suspects could have posed an even bigger threat to the public as this occurred in a residential area, and at this time of the morning, people are getting ready for work and staff is getting ready to arrive at the school,” said a statement from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office about the incident.

Aaron Jajuan Shelton was charged with five counts of aggravated assault and three counts of aggravated battery, authorities said. Pier Shelton was shot and killed by authorities.

When their vehicle was initially stopped, it sped away and a high-speed chase ensued with a state trooper. Troopers carried out a PIT maneuver before the car regained control. According to Newschannel9, the driver ultimately crashed the vehicle after going down a side road.

At one point, after the crash, dashcam footage from a sheriff’s deputy’s car shows a man—identified by the office as Pier Shelton—in the road walking toward their vehicle, armed with the rifle, which he then lifts and opens fire, injuring deputy Jay Repetto.

Deputies immediately returned fire, hitting and killing Pier Shelton, officials told Newschannel9.
Two other sheriff’s deputies were injured in the incident.

It comes as anti-police demonstrations, looting, and rioting erupted across several major U.S. cities following two police shootings over the weekend.

Rioters in Portland, Oregon, smashed windows at a number of businesses after police fatally shot a man at a nearby park. At the same time, police said that rioters were arrested for setting fires.

In Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, after 20-year-old Daunte Wright was shot by an officer carrying out a warrant on him, agitators tried tearing down fencing surrounding the police headquarters. Around 100 people were arrested, officials said.

Riots and looting incidents also broke out in Oakland, California, where hundreds of demonstrators allegedly assaulted an officer and at least one person smashed windows, set a car on fire, and engaged in other acts of vandalism, authorities said. No arrests or citations were made.

First, we can and should get out earlier. Nineteen years is enough, in fact, far too much and way too long. I made early withdraw possible by already pulling much of our billions of dollars of equipment out and, more importantly, reducing our military presence to less than 2,000 troops from the 16,000 level that was there (likewise in Iraq, and zero troops in Syria except for the area where we KEPT THE OIL).

African-American apologizes for misattributed perceptions of white racism against blacks perpetrated by Jews

Hello and welcome to my website:
We Thought They Were White. My name is Dontell Jackson, and like many African-Americans, I was brought up in a culture deeply infused with propaganda designed to lay the blame for all of the black race's ills on the white man. It was not until I began looking into the actual history of blacks, whites, and other races in America, that I came to realize that many if not most of the resentment that African-Americans harbor regarding our long history of abuse and exploitation has been intentionally misdirected by those who are most responsible for it, to shift the blame away from themselves as a people onto the white race who they regard as their enemies.

The reality is that the white race had little to do with the slave trade that took our ancestors away from Africa and sold them into bondage in the New World. That crime was committed not by White Europeans, but by Jews who were engaged in transatlantic commerce between the Old World and the Americas where they hoped to establish a New Jerusalem from which to rule the world by way of exploiting all races who were not members of their tribe of "chosen people." In their efforts to accomplish that goal, the white race has been hoodwinked and manipulated as unsuspecting pawns almost as much as the black race has been.

Blacks have been purposely misled by the Jewish people who, in previous centuries, built their fortunes in the transatlantic slave trade, and who continue to manipulate and exploit us even today. Because most black people make no distinction between Jews and whites, it is easy for the Jews to evade justice and escape the blame for the wrongs that they have inflicted on our people for centuries by convincing blacks that it was the white man who did it. In most cases the vast majority of the white race had nothing to do with slavery or other crimes that have been committed against our people. Whites were and continue to be exploited and manipulated by the Jews, the same as blacks, and their race is even more hated by the Jew, where blacks are simply disregarded by the Jews with indifference, as are other races. We are all simply pawns to the Jews who have no other use for us beyond being a source of profit to them and a weapon that can be used to help destroy whites, who they see as their sworn enemies, by encouraging us to breed with them until there are no longer any whites left.

I would like to invite all of my black brothers and sisters to join me in untangling the lies, deceptions and half-truths that have been foisted upon us as a race, and to explore the true history of what has been done to us as a people by those who were more than happy to encourage us to think these wrongs were committed against us by whites, when in reality those crimes were carried out by Jews.

Please feel free to share the information that I have presented on this site with as many of your friends, relatives, and associates as possible, so that we as a people can gain greater freedom through knowledge of the truth which is the only thing that can set us free from the state of subjugation, manipulation, and exploitation at the hands of those who have and who continue to deceive us.
