We have just received confirmation that the case files in the P.U.B. prosecution of the four horsemen of the Covid Apocalypse, are with the court’s listing department, who expect a hearing will soon be listed, following checks by the legal team at Bromley Magistrates, to which it was transferred for processing and listing by the Westminster court.

Being moved to the court which deals with all PCPs (Private Criminal Prosecutions), it is anticipated the fireworks will start going off very soon.

From the very start of this extraordinary case, it was always known to have taken a goodly time in getting to its present position. The major fraud case against both the mortgage and banksters took nearly 10 years to get this far, so looking at 10 months down the line we know, not only the case is rock solid but als that there are a huge swathe of the legal system behind us and making swift passage for the case of the centuries. There are many side cases going on yet this one in the High Court, probably the Old Bailey, the Common Law court of the Land due to a jury of 12 good men and women true, will be the show stopper of all showstoppers. It will destroy the curtain they have used to cover up so much criminality.

Trump called Asa Hutchinson a 'lightweight RINO' and predicted, 'that's the end of him!'

April 9, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Former President Donald Trump excoriated Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson Thursday for vetoing legislation that would prohibit “sex-reassignment” surgery or cross-sex hormone treatments for minors, expressing hope that his former White House press secretary will succeed Hutchinson in the office.

“Asa Hutchinson, the lightweight RINO Governor of Arkansas, just vetoed a Bill that banned the CHEMICAL CASTRATION OF CHILDREN,” Trump declared.

“’Bye-bye Asa,’ that's the end of him! Fortunately for the Great State of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders will do a fantastic job as your next Governor!”

The law in question specifically bars physicians from performing or referring for “gender transition procedures” on residents under age 18, as well as taxpayer dollars from being spent on such procedures for minors. It covers both surgery and chemical treatments such as puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones.

Hutchinson vetoed the bill on Monday, calling it “overreach” that would “let lawmakers interfere with healthcare and set a standard for legislation overriding healthcare.” He also claimed that the ban could somehow “lead to significant harms from suicide to drug use to isolation.” By Tuesday afternoon, however, both chambers of the Arkansas legislature had voted “overwhelmingly” to override Hutchinson’s veto, meaning the law will become law after all.

The governor appeared on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show to defend himself Tuesday, during which he attempted to argue that the bill violated limited-government principles. Carlson countered by noting that states have always regulated a wide range of personal and medical decisions for minors. Despite initially claiming the bill was simply too broad, Hutchinson eventually came to defend “hormonal treatment” for “young people.” 

Hutchinson’s failed attempt to kill the new law follows South Dakota Republican Gov. Kristi Noem’s veto of legislation to keep biological males out of women’s athletic programs, which Noem had previously claimed she would sign. That state’s legislature failed to override her veto.

West Virginia is the latest state to move toward protecting girls and women from having to compete against boys and men claiming to be female.

More than 30 states are now considering legislation that would ban boys and men who “identify as female” from participating in girls and women’s sports.    

Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee have already enacted such legislation, and West Virginia Republican Gov. Jim Justice said over the weekend that he will allow a bill restricting the participation of transgender athletes in schools to become law in his state. 

In Alabama and Montana, similar measures have already passed in one legislative chamber and are under review in the other.  

In an online list keeping close tabs on transgender athletic legislation, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) reported the following states are engaged in crafting and/or passing such measures: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. 

Idaho has led the way in seeking to protect girls’ and women’s sports 


The origin of legislation seeking to protect girls’ and women’s sports by banning  gender-confused males from competing in female student athletics can be traced back to groundbreaking legislation last year in Idaho.    

Rep. Barbara Ehardt, R-Idaho Falls, a former Idaho State University basketball player who coached at Cal State-Fullerton, Brigham Young University and Washington State University, said her bill is about protecting opportunities for women to play sports and preserving gains made under the federal Title IX law, according to a report by Big Country News. 

“There have been many women who paved a path forward for me, most of whom I never even knew,” said Ehardt. “I felt it was incumbent upon myself to do the same for girls and women to follow.”

Ehardt first had the idea to introduce transgender-banning legislation when she heard about a high school state track meet in Connecticut where two boys shockingly won girls’ track events. 

“I thought that was wrong; biological boys should not compete against biological girls,” said Ehardt. “I realized if we don’t do something about this, we all see where this is heading.”

Erhardt eventually turned to the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) for help crafting and promoting the legislation among her Idaho State House colleagues.  

Although Idaho Republican Gov. Brad Little signed the measure into law last spring, a federal judge issued an injunction halting the ban in August. The case remains under review. 

ACLU vs. ADF 

The ACLU, which advocates for special LGBT rights, sees these legislative efforts as “excluding transgender youth from athletics” rather than protecting girls’ and women’s sports from male encroachment.     

ADF and ACLU attorneys are essentially pitted against each other in multiple court battles where female sports and privacy rights are being targeted by novel notions of trans “rights.”

“If the A.C.L.U. gets its way, women’s sports will no longer exist,” said Roger Brooks, senior counsel for the ADF. “There’ll be men’s sports and there’ll be semi-coed sports, and women and girls in ... will be losers.”
Meanwhile, TransAthlete.com reported that 16 states currently “have friendly policies that help facilitate full inclusion of trans/non-binary/GNC (gender non-conforming) students in high school athletics,” including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.

California’s Orange County plans to launch a pilot program for digital CCP virus vaccine and testing passports, according to health officials.

The vaccine and testing credentialing arrangement will be rolled out sometime in April, Orange County Health Care Agency officials said on Twitter.

“The Digital Passport enables individuals to participate safely and with peace of mind in activities that involve interactions with other people, including travel, attractions, conferences/meetings, concerts, sports, school and more,” officials added.

While details are scant about how the digital vaccine passport would work, the Orange County health agency’s director and health officer, Dr. Clayton Chau, told the O.C. Register that the county’s existing Othena vaccine scheduling app could be modified to include a credentialing feature.

The Othena app is being used to schedule vaccine appointments at the county’s mass inoculation sites, including at Disneyland.
Chau also told the outlet that printed cards could be issued for use by people who don’t use smartphones.

California Public Health Officer Dr. Tomás Aragón said last week that there are currently no plans to create a state-level vaccination passport system, although health officials are looking into formulating standards and guidelines around the use of such credentials, KTLA reported.

Aragón said that if federal authorities “don’t move fast enough” with developing such guidelines, “we will come up with technical standards that will be expected—really focusing on making sure that privacy is protected and that equity is protected.”

It comes amid controversy over vaccine passport-style systems, which have been proposed in some countries, and as some U.S. states and regions have either considered their adoption or moved forward with their deployment.

Hawaii Gov. David Ige’s latest emergency proclamation includes a plan for vaccine passports that would allow travelers to avoid quarantine and COVID-19 testing. While there is no timeline for its adoption and it still needs approval by the director of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, Lt. Gov. Josh Green told Hawaii News Now that the plan is to launch a pilot for inter-island travel by May 1.

New York state has also rolled out its “Excelsior Pass” system that would require people to show that they have been vaccinated when trying to enter certain events and locations.

Vaccine passports have been criticized by civil liberties groups, who say they would potentially violate Americans’ privacy rights while denying key services to people who are not vaccinated.

The Biden administration has said that it would not develop a federal vaccine passport system, but that it would come up with guidelines around their use and leave development to the private sector and local authorities.

“The government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a credential. There will be no federal vaccinations database and no federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters at the White House last week.

Psaki last month responded to reports that the administration was working with private firms to create a passport system, saying the administration would only provide guidance.

Let this serve as a further wake-up call in the midst of our ongoing moral decline. What on earth could be coming next?

On April 5, 2007, Time Magazine asked the question, “Should Incest Be Legal?” Three years later, when Columbia University professor David Epstein was arrested for a three-year, consensual affair with his adult daughter, his attorney noted, “It’s OK for homosexuals to do whatever they want in their own home. How is this so different? We have to figure out why some behavior is tolerated and some is not.” Not surprisingly, some Columbia students asked why any sexual acts committed by consenting adults should be considered a crime.

Today, that question is being asked again, this time in the context of a lawsuit reported by the New York Post on April 10. Specifically, “A New Yorker who wants to marry their own adult offspring is suing to overturn laws barring the incestuous practice, calling it a matter of ‘individual autonomy.’”

“‘Through the enduring bond of marriage, two persons, whatever relationship they might otherwise have with one another, can find a greater level of expression, intimacy and spirituality,’ the parent argues in the Manhattan Federal Court claim filed April 1.”

Really now, in light of the prevailing logic that love is love, since this is consensual and between adults, why not?
One immediate answer, aside from the obvious revulsion and horror which quite naturally greets this request for “marriage,” is that it is biologically dangerous. Any children produced as a result of this union could have serious genetic issues.

In this case, however, we are told that this is not an issue. According to the filing, “The proposed spouses are adults. The proposed spouses are biological parent and child. The proposed spouses are unable to procreate together.” The lawsuit even uses the acronym “PAACNP,” standing for “Parent and Adult Child Non-Procreationable.”

So, this would either refer to a same-sex parent and child who cannot, therefore, procreate, or to an opposite sex parent and child, one or both of whom is unable to procreate because of age or biological problems. Why say no to them?

As their argument goes, “Parent-and-adult-child couples for whom procreation is either virtually or literally impossible can aspire to the transcendent purposes of marriage and seek fulfillment in its highest meaning.”

Indeed, they claim that it would “diminish their humanity” if they were unable to marry. Why would anyone want to do something so cruel to them? Wasn’t it diminishing to the humanity of gays to forbid them the ability to “marry”? (For those who are unfamiliar with my own views, I’m simply playing the devil’s advocate here.)

After all, who are we to tell people who they can and cannot love? Haven’t we been told that love is love? That love wins? That we have the right to marry the one (or ones) we love? Why draw the line here?

🇺🇲 USA NEWS - NYT: Swiss Billionaire Behind ‘Hub Project’ to Influence U.S. Media, Politics; Bids for Tribune Co.

Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss, who emerged Tuesday as a top bidder for the Tribune Media Company, has also created a group called the Hub Project to influence U.S. elections, primarily through favorable media coverage for Democrats, the New York Times reports.

Wyss, 85, “also sits on the board of directors of the left-wing Center For American Progress, founded by longtime Clinton confidant and 2016 presidential campaign chairman John Podesta,” Fox News reported Tuesday. He also donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation.
