In court facing 3 years

🟥 Today I am in front of court for charges of "inciting hatred", Austrias bogus hate speech law.

▪️In december 2022 there was a gruesome Attack by a Migrant on two schoolgirls. He stormed out of an asylum center attacking them with a knife killing one.

▪️After some days the german state had its biggest anti-terror operation since decades. Against "Reichsbürger", a QAnon-styled, subculture.

👉I posted on telegram: "The truth is: there is currently more danger to our children from every asylum home than from the Reichsbürger."

❗️According to the prosecutor this is an incitement of hate and I am now facing 3 years in Prison.
