We have seen this from Council of Europe (CoE), the world’s leading human rights organisation - maybe a good idea to save it and print a copy out.

CoE is the governing body of the European Court of Human Rights. CoE is distinct and separate from the EU. 47 countries including all EU Member States are contracting parties to the CoE and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). This is excellent news for people concerned about mandatory or coerced vaccination or discrimination on vaccination status.

Council of Europe resolution 2361 prohibits states from making Covid 19 vaccination mandatory or discriminating against workers or anyone who does not get vaccinated.

7.3.1 ensure that citizens are informed that vaccination is NOT mandatory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise pressured to get themselves vaccinated, if they do not wish to do so themselves;

The European court has ruled that vaccination mandates are discrimination, which is against human rights. Unvaccinated people may not be discriminated against via vax passports and such. The court told all 47 member states they need to inform all citizens vaccination is not mandatory and that people who chose not to need to be told they won’t be discriminated against.
