I want to tell you about a breakthrough that can save your life, or the life of a loved one. You will need to construct a Skeleton argument and when returned from The Chancery Division @7 The Rolls Buildings London .

The Skeleton argument should include the following.
I (name) believe as a taxpayer that by taxes paid by taxpayers before me that the Utility company (name company and directors) and only placing an implied trust to any other party ( namely Uk Government Corporation and directors B Johnson Sunak or Truss and the Conservative Party ) or any future director such as Kier Starmer and The Labour Party .
The injunction is sought as I believe that during the 1980s Margaret Thatcher when acting in color of law only having disobeyed Superior statutes ,namely The Coronation Oath 1688,The Bill Of Rights 1689 and Treason Act 1795 (in force and could not be repealed by T.Blair in 1998 as he and cabinet were and remain complicit in the Joint criminal enterprise, in that she, Margaret Thatcher criminally caused to sell Utilities in the 1980s to other Parties believed to be Centrica in Italy who recieved the stolen property ,namely Gas Board ,Water Board and Electric Board . and have gained as proceeds of crime numerous profits from this enterprise.
I (insert name) remove the implied trust place upon The color of law government acting without legal right to do so as they were not constitutional from 1 January 1973 and impose the Theft Act 1968 s 5 (2) and assert my right to have the Gas board ,Electric Board and Water Board to be returned with immediate effect to the true owners and removed from all parties that have engaged in this criminal enterprise.. All corporate Governments since 1980 when acting in Color of Law (McCain v Des Moines ) have been party to the Theft of PUBLICLY OWNED Property (Gas Board Electric Board and Water Board ) .
I (insert name) also believe that in 1973 The Coronation Oath and the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Treason Acct 1795 have constructively been disobeyed for corporate gain in criminality By all Color of law governments since 1973 to the present day .At Archbold Criminal Pleading and Evidence Practice 2006 Chapter 1-6 ,2006 edition , Publisher Sweet and Maxwell and the offence is established . Therefore all decisions made by a party holding High Office,once the law has been Broken after the offence has been comitted are all acts and statutes are VOID AB INITIO . As there is now claim for the return of publicly owned property where compense and damages will be sought ,by application in due ccourse.
This claim for interim injunction is sought for two years against the defendants and also that any claim to raise utility prices are VOID ab initio as no legal right exists to raise or implement such claims and the true owners will decide any pricing in the future.

Well after today’s announcement from the Bank of England, there is something very, very, very wrong in the system... 😡
So … let me get this straight:
* British Gas made a profit of £1.3bn between January & June
* BP announced profits of £6.95 billion between April and June alone
* Shell has profited by £9.4bn in a year
The MEN at the top:
* John Pettigrew, boss of National Grid received £6.5m bonus on top of his salary
* Chris O’Shea, chief executive of British Gas owner Centrica was paid almost £2m last year in salary and benefits
* Centrica's non-executive directors were paid almost £1m
* Scottish Power's CEO Keith Anderson is on £1.15m.
* E.On boss Michael Lewis is on £1m
* EDF's Simone Rossi is also on £1m
* And their top execs enjoyed a share of £4.65m
* Peter Simpson of Anglian Water earned a £1.3m pay package
* Welsh Water bosses awarded themselves bonuses of over £930,000
* Severn Trent bosses awarded themselves bonuses of £5.56m
* Thames Water's Sarah Bentley, received a £727,000 bonus on top of her £2m annual salary
Meanwhile there are...
* People who haven't had breakfast and/or lunch TODAY, because they can't afford it.
* People using FoodBanks because food is becoming more of a luxury than a necessity.
* Children celebrating a birthday without presents.
* Parents worrying about new school uniforms - and some schools enforcing rules which are not cost-effective.
* People who can't get to work because they can't afford to put petrol in their cars/pay for public transport anymore.
* People who are working so much they're making themselves ill, and they STILL CAN'T AFFORD to pay their bills.
* People who have been given fines by these same energy/water companies because they couldn't afford to pay their bills in the first place - increasing their debt.
* Customers being told to do STAR JUMPS TO KEEP WARM for crying out loud!
* Hose pipe bans when gallons of water leak away everyday.
* Elderly people NOT DRINKING because they're worried about running out of water!!!
All this and energy prices are set to rise up to 75% in October...
THIS IS MADNESS!.. I'm all for supporting profits … I'm not for supporting greed at the cost of lives of others.
Something needs to change.
Why is customers' money being used to make life more comfortable for those who are making life more intolerable for the rest of us?
I actually don't understand how the energy companies are allowed to get away with this and why the government aren't stopping them instead of handing out money.....

The banks are getting ready to grab peoples savings and I wonder if they will call in the mortgage debts of people too to bail themselves out.
