Knowing about the evil doings for decades and trying to share with others (because most assume I’ve lost it) is exhausting.
There is a strategy that has been used when someone is injured or with heat stroke. If you’re hiking with them you keep telling them they’re almost there. And after another 10 minutes you say yes, you’re almost there, just over this hill. Then another 10 minutes pass and yet again you say we’re almost there, I can see the car. Then after another 10 minutes you say you’re almost there. It goes on and on until you can get that person to safety.
Personally I’m barely walking in this hiking game. But I still am.
