We simply don’t need a program covering the first 1000 days of a newborn human. If the goal was to improve their future potential, we already know the kind of things that are very likely to work. They include two, loving parents, extended family and friends around, a lot of thought given to structure days to make anticipation a positive experience rather than fear or boredom which is the lot of many youngsters. You simply don’t need & I can argue we shouldn’t introduce 24/7 semi intrusive monitoring while mapping brainwaves, neural networks & genetic expression modification with CRISPR-cas9 etc. Benign interventions that systematically learn from “best practise” is very likely to be of some value & would be a lot cheaper.
