We have the opportunity in Life to be born again.
And that does not mean going and getting dunked in a tub of water and saying the right words. It doesn’t mean “committing your life to Christ” UNLESS you understand what Christ actually is.
Because if you’re handing the reins over to an entity that you believe is separate from you, outside of you, always better than you - no matter what…then you’re missing the entire point.
Christ is inside.
And can only be found by going within. The way to the Father is definitely through the Son, but if you don’t innerstand that the Son is You, then… ok. But it’s going to take you a lot longer to figure it out because you’ve just committed yourself to a limiting belief.
Probably the most limiting one of all.
But wait! There’s more!
That belief comes with a sense of Guilt for what Jesus endured for you. It comes with deeply embedded Shame as you accept the idea that you are a Sinner - no matter what you do. It also comes with a heaping helping of existential Fear as you incorporate the “good news” that Jesus came to save you from eternal damnation.
Shouldn’t good news actually be… good?
No one seems to notice that it’s only “good” relative to the colossally “bad news” that it arrives with. And Fear, Shame and Guilt are all frequency anchors that will keep you tethered to the lowest states of being possible until you can confront them and let them go.
No, my friends. You’re already dead and damned as you walk this Earth as a sleeper. You’re born once in Water - the water of your mother who births you into the physical realm. You are “born again” when you Awaken into Knowledge of the Spirit. When the Light comes on within you and you Remember what you ARE.
And just my saying it isn’t going to do it. You don’t suddenly realize what you are because someone tells you. You must figure it out for yourSelf. You must Remember. And you’ll know it when you do.
Balls to bones.
So if the Peace that passes all understanding hasn’t landed for you yet. That’s ok. Just keep doing your Inner Work. Keep Seeking.
Trust yourSelf.
You have so much more than you know.
