Read the Energy.

One of the best ways we learn is when we realize we had it wrong and we can backtrack to how we DID feel and see where we miscalculated…See where our Minds overrode our Intuition. Often this happens bc the person is saying all the right things - so we disregard the Energy that we are, in fact, picking up.

I tuned Bannon out years ago. Simply bc I couldn’t ignore the Energy I felt from him. But I had to learn that the hard way by listening to Lin Wood and then realizing that he was full of shit later.

I felt dumb, but what I realized was that I had had a VERY CLEAR signal of ICK that came off of him right after the election in 2020. BUT I IGNORED IT because he seemed to say all the right things.

I wouldn’t have learned to trust my inner ICK-meter if that hadn’t happened.

Everything happens for a reason. Don’t get lost in defensiveness or feeling embarrassed. Just take the info and LEARN.
