Here's the deal. It's natural to want someone to blame. It's natural to want someone to save. For centuries we have been wired this way. We expect someone to come rescue the day. We find a villain and give our problems away.

Here's the truth. No matter what's going on in politics.... You are responsible for your own joy. You are responsible for your emotional regulation. You are the only one who can learn tools, techniques and practices to manage your triggers. You are the one who determines what you allow to disrupt your peace.

So many people have forgotten this. They've been handed one of those giant styrofoam fingers and keep pointing it every which way. They walk around upset, angry and feel this drive to prove their pointy finger. Without realizing that finger is how they give their power away, delegating it to someone else.

Because that's easy to do. It's easy to focus on what someone else is doing wrong, what they aren't doing enough of and what they've failed to do. It's a lot more work to take personal responsibility. To turn the finger around and find what we each truly have power over. Ourselves.

But here's the thing about how energy works..... Your mind and what you focus on is a magnetic force. The more you focus on things outside of your control, the more you will feel like your life is out of control. The more you will see and experience to fuel that belief you've chosen to cling to.... For better or worse.

If you want to be happier, if you want to feel like you have some sort of direction in life, if you want to feel any sense of control over what's happening around you ... You have to start with focusing on what's within your control. Your own energy, how you move through your day, what it is you are working on, building or creating....

It's okay to recognize things in the world that you would like to be different, but it's not helpful to project your energy into problems if you have no intention of being part of the solution for. If you do feel passionate enough about something....then build the answer. Create a solution. What is stopping you from increasing your skills and capabilities to do just that?

We all have work to do on ourselves. If you want to see the world change, it starts within you. Always has, always will.

Don't be complacent in your complaints. Use them to drive change. Whether that's in yourself, or in your day to day. Don't let the latest headline dictate how you use your time.

No one is going to do your Energetic Hygiene for you.

No. One.

It’s up to you. You are responsible for what you let into your senses and your Consciousness. You are responsible for managing how it makes you feel and noticing when it’s pulling you off course.

YOU.

No one else can do it for you bc no one else is inside with you experiencing life as you are. If the tv bothers you, turn it off! If your partner wants it on, go for a walk instead. If you’re scrolling your phone looking for answers, please know that they’re not in there.

We need to remember what’s truly happening. The flash bang grenades are going off on the right and the left.
Every time they go off we spend valuable time trying to figure out if it was black hats or white hats. We lose when this happens and I’ll tell you why.

We are in a very fruitful season right now. Dark forces are trying to prevent or delay this enlightenment. It’s almost a balancing act to keep our wits about us.

We’re in a time, appointed…designated…especially for us…to develop the supernatural abilities we were created with. It’s a painful experience to let so much go. Empaths and Healers have a hard time doing this because we want to help people.😬

These days have been designed to teach us discernment, healing, truth, energy healing and how to truly LOVE.
I spent so much time trying to evaluate each flash bang…the “magic”in me disappeared. I didn’t realize this was a critically designed tactic to keep us impotent. It worked on me! 😜

And then I got real sick. My body was literally warring against the flash bangs and then I stepped on a “Bouncing Betty”. That’s a bigger attention getter! Ughhh
Thank God I did because this experience taught me how healing can be fostered in our bodies. All the energy is at our fingertips.

The info downloads have been crazy because I was finally ready to receive them. 😉

Gosh, this is getting too long but I’ll try to be brief. I was on oxygen 24/7. Twelve Rockefeller trained doctors said I need it. Couldn’t go to my kitchen without my oxygen. The info downloads are things I never knew, but I do remember them.
That’s mind blowing to me. Y’all know all about this, but I did not.
I do now. Our bodies are magical!

The answer for me is Somatic Therapy with some tweaks. 😊
I am off oxygen now because I can finally take a full breath. My diaphragm was so stuck to my ribs I couldn’t expand to breathe. It began on 4/15/17 and I consider the deception ended on
11/15/25.
Interesting enough…on the 17th we lost power and I had no oxygen because of no power. I didn’t need it! Do you realize the impeccable timing of this?!?!

Eight years I suffered. Not one Dr knew about fascial release or resetting the Vagus Nerve.
It was always blood work, X-rays, ulcer pills and the treatment never changed. They gave me stomach acid pills that killed the little digestion I had left. It was the OPPOSITE thing I needed. I needed my gut stimulated…not deadened!

I tried so hard to find a doc thinking outside the box. 🙃

That’s okay. My journey wasn’t wasted. I’m digesting food properly now. My guts are growling and it feels so good. The Vagus Nerve rules the gut!!!

I say all this so you will see the Beautiful Creator of our Universe and our bodies will move everything out of our way… when we’re ready.
