I never really liked Steak and Shake, but…
First they transitioned to using all beef tallow for their fries (yes, including the pre-cooking process).
And now they’re switching to A2 milk as well?

Honestly, any restaurant or chain that gets on the health bandwagon now with changes like this has an excellent change of leading the market within a few years. The others will just be playing catch-up.
