I know not everyone follows this crap or cares and that’s totally fine. I ignore about 90% of it and I only comment on about 10. But when it causes this much ruckus, I like to try to help straighten it out.
It’s deffo a battlefield out there and if you want to keep your head on your shoulders, you gotta keep your wits.

Healing is an Inside Job.

It has to be. No one else can do it for you and if you are looking for some kind of approval from elsewhere to pat you on the back for it, you’re missing a lot of the point.

In fact, as you Heal you’ll find that many of the people you might have thought would be happy for you…aren’t. And they may even try to pull you back into their own pit of despair as they sense you climbing out of it and pulling away from them.
Let them try; you can’t control what they do, but stay out of reach.

When you’re ready, you can turn around and help them if they truly want to leave, too. But be prepared to clearly SEE and accept their Choices.
Don’t try to save them until you’ve Healed yourSelf.

You can’t keep someone else from drowning if you don’t know how to swim.
