Going back to our inner child is not just an act of nostalgia but a courageous endeavor of healing. Itβs about acknowledging where many of the scars weβve carried into our adulthood come from.

Omg. This is too frigging perfect.
Iβve just spent the last 45 minutes or so dancing to 80s music. Not necessarily bc I wanted to, but because I HAD TO πππ
Itβs as if all the energy pouring in over the last couple days is converging inside our bodies now. You know how when you add the vinegar to the baking soda in your plaster volcano and it all bubbles over? Kinda like that πππ

Random unasked for advice that someone might need tonight... Vitamin C flushes are a thing and it might be a good time for one!

When I was really sick with Lyme disease and associated co-infections, I used VitC flushes as part of my treatment protocol.
In general, the sicker and more full of toxins you are, the more vitamin C you need to reach your personal saturation point.
At my worst, I needed 95 grams (95,000 mg) of VitC in one day to reach saturation. I am not giving medical advice, but just telling you what I did that I found to be helpful.
Merry Christmas! π
(But I donβt recommend doing a flush on a day where you need to accomplish anything or go anywhere. The whole point is that you end up on the shitter. π)

Linus Pauling was a Nobel Prize winner and lauded the world over for his brilliance. Until he started researching the amazing benefits of Vitamin C, that is. Then he was mocked and ridiculed.

Vitamin C and fasting-mimicking diet can shrink tumors
A study in mice concludes that a combination of very high intravenous doses of vitamin C and a diet that mimics fasting could help treat colorectal cancer.

Iβm seeing a trend β¦.
βThe development of quantum mechanics during the 1920s had a great impact not only on the field of physics, but also on chemistry. During the 1930s Linus Pauling was among the pioneers who used quantum mechanics to understand and describe chemical bondingβ
