The Love frequency IS the Authenticity frequency. There is very little distinction between the two.
Because in order to be the authentic you, you must love yourself.
In order to love others, you must love yourself.
Your whole self.
You must forgive yourself.
You must grow yourself.
You must be real with yourself.
And you must take accountability for yourself.
For your expression.
For your vibration.
For your authenticity.
For how you show up and who you are every single day.
When you realize that you are wholly and completely responsible for you....that is when you realize that authenticity IS the way forward. Always.

Truth is the way forward.
Authenticity.
Sovereignty.
Love.
True, Unconditional Love has absolutely no prerequisites.
No requirements.
It asks NOTHING.
This is very hard for you, as a human, to understand. Your entire life has been contractual. An exchange. You need to learn to Love without expecting ANYTHING in return.
As soon as you think that you deserve something, youβve created an attachment.
Which is really just a judgement.
Which is really just a Fear.
True freedom comes in the form of acceptance of all possible outcomes.
The Middle Path of Balance.
