This is so perfect for tonight's solstice.
With this momentary stillness, this momentary "hanging in the balance" moment, let us stand in fullness not through a new goal or destination, but in knowing that we are where we are meant to be, that we are going where we are meant to go, and that each moment we choose whether to attune our hearts to thoughts of gratitude or otherwise.
In that knowing, may we enliven a heaven on earth mentality that shakes the earth this coming year 🙏🌻💫🙌
And so it is 🙏

I keep having this deep, satisfying wave of contentment and happiness wash over me today.
I’m not particularly joyful or ecstatic. It’s more just a sense of peacefulness and contentment.
It comes and I feel it and appreciate it…and then I keep doing my day and I kind of lose track of it. Don’t know when exactly that happens, but then it shows up and washes over me all over again.
It’s nice.
Really nice and I hope that you guys are feeling something like this too. And if you’re not, my Heart sends you Love and Peace and the Knowing that it’s coming.
All that and so much more.

Two emotions: LOVE and FEAR.
That’s it.
All else stems from these.
If you can identify which one you are being motivated by, you can discern what you should do… or not do. Accept or not accept.
Our feelings are our guidance systems. Too many supposedly awake people are still motivated by their own fear but they don’t see it yet. I pray that they develop the heartfelt curiosity to delve deeply into this.
We all have a shadow side. We all have deeply embedded wounds and fears. Approach them with compassion so that you can heal yourself. When you begin to do this, you begin to heal the world.
But it starts with YOU.
No one else can do it for you.

Whatever you Fear will be drawn to you like a magnet.
It IS a magnet.
Just as Love is. Just as any thought or compression of energy within you is.
But Fear and Love hold the power of your emotions. They are the polar opposites of each other which allow the experience of them to even exist. And it’s your emotion that puts the real force behind your thoughts and desires.
So, you have a choice, to focus on Love…. or Fear. They will both bring you what you are “asking for” by your decision to condense your energy around one or the other.
Which will you choose?
You cannot serve two masters.
