Our entire Universe is based on Duality.
The push and pull of opposing forces.
Without it there would be nothing for us to experience. And there would be no physical “us” or our world. There would certainly be no matter, because matter is just energy vibrating at a certain frequency. Pairs of polar opposites moving in relation to each other.
Walter Russell explains that the first thing God did was split the one magnetic stillness into two equal and opposing parts. Pairs.
What we see and experience here is the dance between these pairs. Plus and Minus, Light and Dark, Love and Fear, Male and Female, Hot and Cold, etc, etc.
There can be no experience of one without the other. They define each other and both are necessary.
Once we come to understand this and see how it applies to everything, we can then come to understand that the point of all of it is to bring things back together. Back to the One.
Balance.
The Middle Path.
Overcoming division, in all forms.
A deep, true innerstanding of Oneness.
From this perspective, can we see things from 40,000 feet? Perhaps something even more like 80K or even a cosmic view?

YOU are the Middle Way.
The path of Balance. It can only be found through you because you are the scale. The point at which all must equalize.
Trust yourself.
The way to the Father is through the SunSon.
John 14:20 KJVS
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

Shadow work, to me, begins with accepting that every human has the darkest aspects within that they see outside themselves.
You can see this in mirror and projection concepts - that which we judge in others is exactly what has gone unhealed within our own self.
The bible, when taken literally, teaches to look for the devil outside yourself when all along, the "devil" was within.
As we awaken to these aspects, we come across soooooo much content telling us to "kill the ego".
The ego is just the voice which judges these aspects of ourselves and tells us that they define who we are. That they overshadow us. That we are unworthy. That we are "sinners by nature".
So, instead of illuminating those shadows, we become engulfed by them until those shadows are all we see in ourselves.
(Devil...Hell...ringing a bell here? Are the dots connecting?)
When a human does this consciously though, knowing that they are the embodiment of light themselves, knowing that the shadows are tools, knowing that they are there to help them mature and overcome and withstand and outlast and survive... When the human goes into the wilderness to be tempted by those shadows so that they can learn what it is they need to about themselves.... That is when enlightenment takes place.
Enlightenment has nothing to do with being a perfect peaceful person.
It has everything to do with releasing the judgement of the darkness within so that you can release the judgement of the darkness without.
When you can see this aspect playing out in everyone around you, you naturally love deeper. You naturally care more. You naturally treat those around you with grace and forgiveness.
Because you see not only the dark, but the light as well. And you know that Love is the only way to stoke that spark in another person. And you want that more than anything for those you encounter.
That's why not too long ago, I removed the wordiness in the bio of this channel and replaced it with "A spark in the dark, I came here to set the old world a flame🔥"

“Being traumatized is not just a case of being stuck in the past, it is just as much a problem of not being alive in the present.”
—Bessel von der Kolk
We have all been traumatized to one extent or another. The question is, are you going to make the effort to Heal? Or are you going to continue using the defense mechanisms you developed in response to that to navigate your life?
Contrary to popular opinion, time does not heal all wounds. You can gain distance and clarity on your experiences through the passing of time, but Healing takes the courage and willingness to dig in.
This where the practices of Shadow Work and Inner Child Work come into play. If you’ve not done these things or are unfamiliar with the concepts, please search this channel as well as TheWarriorMom’s to gain some insight.
Trauma is stored in the BODY and the energy field. It’s not just in your memory. That’s why using just traditional talk therapy does not usually work to Heal. We are Spirit, Mind AND Body. Using just your Mind to address embedded issues will only get you so far. Mind over matter, sure. But we need to use our Minds to understand and then to Choose to release what is stored in the body.
Methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Somatic Healing / Movement, Energy Medicine and Bodywork are all powerful tools that are available to us. Meditation, Grounding, Yoga and many other methods are helpful too. Just find what works for you. With all the information we have at our fingertips now, you don’t need to go out and spend tons of money on therapists or practitioners. You can. That’s not a bad thing, but you DO have tools and resources available to you.
You might be surprised at what you find trapped in the very tissues of your body.
What is the ROOT cause of disease? Could it possibly be self-hatred or shame? The Creative power of the Self turned inward in a destructive manner? And if that’s true (it is) then how much Healing can you do by turning your power to Heal and to Love inward on your Self?
May your Journey be Blessed beyond measure.
In Love,
—TR ✨💕✨

I used this book in my Masters research. It’s is excellent. It’s about how trauma is stored in our tissues and that it keeps track of what we experience, even if we refuse to address it in the mind. Very informative for issues with PTSD along with all manner of “normal” trauma.

Wanna know why you hold yourself back so often?
Shame.
And not even active shame or expectant shame.
No...you're experiencing shame memory.
Because you remember that time you sang a silly song in the comfort of your home and getting made fun of by your own family for it.
Because you remember letting your family down or letting your friends down.
Because you remember letting yourself down.
A lot of times we use the memory of shame to shelter us from the possibility of experiencing shame all over again.
So we don't take that step.
We don't sing that song.
We don't make the thing.
We don't say what we truly desire to.
We don't open that book.
We don't take that walk.
We never climb the mountain.
And in an attempt to avoid the shame, we find ourselves in a shame valley. Encircled with reminders of all of the "would've could've should've".
If you could've only let that fear of shame be. If you could've only learned to take it day by day, step by step.
If you could've only paused your head for long enough to see the gorgeous scenery all around you.
If you'd learned to take your time, to breathe the fresh air and to keep trying no matter how many times you had to fail in order to succeed.
If only.....
If only you could look into your future and see that coming. If only you could make a decision right here and right now to show up for yourself, to show up for those you love, to give this life everything you've got and to see to it that no matter what happens, when people remember you, they will remember love.
What if you learned that sometimes the most beautiful scenes can only be seen from on top of the mountain that you just climbed?
What if your best and brightest life is on the top of that mountain?
What if you could remind yourself of that right now, to comfort you in your climb and get you moving again?

“Today, December 20th is Mother’s Night, the official beginning of the celebration of Yule. Yule is a twelve-day festival that was celebrated in ancient times.
This is the day known as Mōdraniht in Old English, and “Mother’s Night” in modern. It is one of my favorite days of the year. Today we honor and offer thanks to our female ancestors, those who are believed to watch over our families and help us in times of need. These figures are known in Norse mythology as The Disir. Many people chose to give their direct maternal line ancestors high honors on this night.”

“The ancients would no doubt regard it as fitting that we should re-evaluate Christianity at this moment in time. According to Astrology, Christianity was created at the beginning of the Great Month of Pisces.
This Age is presently coming to an end and the New Age of Aquarius is dawning.
From the ancients perspective, therefore, we stand at a similar turning point in the flow of history as the early Christians. The times we are living in are in many respects reminiscent of the last change of Ages. Apocalyptic fears abound. Strange new eclectic cults are springing up everywhere. Established religion is discredited and in decline.
What form will spirituality take in the coming Age of Aquarius?
Spiritually this truly has been a “Dark Age” characterized by authoritarian religion, religious bigotry, and religious wars. By assuming the role of the only true faith Literalist Christianity has created an unbridgeable gulf between itself and all other spiritual traditions. Its self proclaimed superiority had been used to justify the violent destruction of other societies around the world. It has even horribly persecuted its own mystics and free-thinkers.
Its insistence on blind faith in dogma and opposition to intellectual inquiry has led many to reject all forms of spirituality as mere superstition. For more and more people today religion is at best a joke and at worst a source of prejudice, intolerance and conflict. Christianity is no longer the dominant force it once was. With its demise our culture has been left desperately searching for a new spiritual direction.
Only by returning to its mystical roots will Christianity play a role in the creation of a new spirituality for the New Age of Aquarius.”
