This will be a long post. I received it on December 6th. It ties into many posts here and I felt guided to share it. It is about authenticity and why it is the highest vibration. It is guidance for me, but applicable for many. I thought it was very powerful. They speak of a download and powerful experience I had in meditation. I asked for their help to explain the experience.
“Dearest child, we celebrate you! You’ve been in a process of finding your way back to your True essence. You were guided- but it was a process. How to realign with your higher self- You asked for it many times, but it was not for us to give. You brought yourself out of alignment over years of “ trying to fit in” here and “ trying to be accepted and loved.” Each time you put someone before yourself, made yourself “ less than” -so someone else could “shine,” each time you put your needs below other’s and made yourself small, invisible and last, you inadvertently disengaged yourself from your authentic True higher self. You “played a part,” wore masks, built walls, wore armor and protection- all of it separating you/ From YOU. You didn’t like how it felt. You yearn to feel whole and complete. You knew you were not aligned with your higher self, except for a tether. You dove into healing and learning who you are and why you are here. You immersed yourself in remembering and tried hard to “get back” to yourself. Think of someone trying to get out of quicksand. The more you struggle against it, the more suffocated you feel. RELAX. ALLOW the fortification to fall off you Dear One. When you stop struggling and step into the state of allowing, ALL falls into place. You will elevate out of your own shackles. Today you ALLOWED yourself to let go of all that diverted you from True alignment. You acknowledged all the places you dishonored yourself, by opting to honor someone or something else. All the times you chose to stay in unhealthy situations that did not feel good, did not honor who you truly are and did not mesh with your frequencies. You chose to stay, to “ fight through it.” Well, if you are going to fight- you need armor and protection.
Now is YOUR TIME Dear One. Choose ease and Grace. Choose alignment- not with others- with yourself. This alignment will raise your vibrations and you will naturally realign with SELF LOVE and SELF RESPECT. You will ground into your own energies and identity, your gifts, your powers and truths. It is then - that the Universe aligns with you and nothing can stop you from shining.
Yes Dear One, you realigned with your higher self tonight. You shattered the boundaries that you, yourself erected. You saw the disjointedness of your life ( chiropractic care is the result) and you chose to leave it all behind. You chose YOU! Authenticity. Align your thoughts, emotions, energies, words and actions. Stay aligned- stay true to yourself. Notice if you are going against your higher wisdom or your authentic desires- how does it feel? Choose differently and realign. It may not be popular, but it will be aligned with Your Truth.
Make room in your life-For YOU! This is YOUR journey. No one else will have regrets at the end of your life, of what you did for them that dishonored you- only you will. Love yourself ( Source’s Creation) enough to take up space, be seen and shine with all the glory of God. BE YOU- BE YOU Tiful. When you are filled with BEING you- you are in alignment, and what a powerful magnet you will be for blessings, miracles, joy, love and abundance. How could you manifest anything less?! Your toroidal field will magnify out and the signal will strengthen- because it will no longer be told to play small and there will no longer be mixed messages. THIS IS WHY authenticity is the highest vibration, because when you resonate with your own soul- you resonate with Creation and the Creator Itself. You are no longer fragmented into pieces- but you call them back, purify them with acceptance and love, and integrate them back into your whole. Now- you are a force to be reckoned with.

You are aligned, you are focused and connected with your higher self and Source. ALLOWING it- you fill your space- take up space, love yourself, accept yourself, honor yourself and be fully present in the NOW, with all that you are. It is in this place- you have the most to offer others and the world. This is your gift. This is why you came. (We). You came to show it is possible. You came to show the brokenness of being disengaged, protected and unaligned. Then, show the splendid Glory of finding yourself- collecting all that is you, honoring it all and realigning to your higher self, into wholeness and peace.
This, Dear One-is Ascension. This is the journey back to Source, back to ONE. This is the journey for all who want it. And you ( we) are a pioneer- sent to lead the way for others to follow. This is how you “step into your light” and BE the lighthouse. This is the frequency for you to hold- AUTHENTICITY. Self love. Honoring oneself and your journey. Standing in your light- your wholeness and simply BEING. Shining your soul’s radiant frequencies out into the world. Simply by BEING -you will be a lighthouse. You will make the ripples that will signal others and magnetically pull/ attract them to you. They will ask how? You will say- honor yourself- love yourself- forgive yourself- make room for yourself- Align with yourself - honor your inner voice- listen and let your higher self guide you back home.
Walk in light ( in- light-enment). When we shed the heavy baggage and lighten our load- we have been enlightened. Back to the light that is our soul’s essence. All else is released. All that is not Truly us- is let go. Leave the baggage behind Dear Ones. It only weighs you down. If it does not resonate with your soul- let it go. If you let it go- God will fill that space up with that which resonates fully with your soul- and then, WOW- talk about blessings and joy!

It's a funny what a little thing called the truth demands from you..when that desire for truth is a burning one
It takes you down rabbit holes
Stripping back everything you thought you'd "known"
Because to see the "truth" you have to see the whole
So you spiral and spiral down that never ending tunnel
Breaking through the cycles
Curses unmade
Patterns once inescapable
New movements were made
Yes there's a price that must be paid
To find the truth, it's your mind you'll need to beat

As this energy continues unfolding into our dimensional atmosphere, it will help to be in constant awareness of your own thoughts and which direction they are going.
The energy comes in spirals, so a lot of what you are feeling will seem dissociating in ways. Because you're feeling what is meant for you, but also not. You're feeling more new, but also more old energy that you've long outgrown.
This is because energies you opened yourself up to within the last several years--are now being accepted by a lot many others right now.
You remember this energy fondly.
Like an unfamiliar star on a dark winter's night.
As this energy is woven into those around you, it will naturally peak your attention. But there's a new energy bending and refracting through that. The cast off energy. That energy is reflecting who you were those years ago. Before your eyes had adjusted.
The initial reaction that will want to be released is judgement. You will find yourself hyper aware and therefore hyper critical of others who are just barely stirring in their slumber.
And in this observation, you play a role.
And it's not to react through your past pain. It isn't waving your hands in the air, jumping up and down yelling "FIRE!!".
Because that's what the old you remembers. That's what the old you knows.
You aren't that person anymore.
So who are you now?
Are you the one who kneels beside the bed?
Are you the one who holds their hand, who whispers "It's okay, you can open your eyes now little one. You'll see some things that are scary, and to be afraid is okay.
Because it's in that fear that you face your faith and find out what is really worthy of your pursuit.
If it's true it'll stay and the rest will be replaced. With more answers than questions and a love long forgotten.
And even if it doesn't and everything crashes.
Trust yourself. Trust yourself to rise out of the ashes."
Are you the one who lights a candle? Knowing that they're the only one who can pass their test-- That they're the one who will have to light the rest.
Then keep tuning yourself, trusting time to play it's part.
If your help is needed, you'll feel it in your heart.
Let the energy feel and then direct it back to what is real.

It’s very difficult to fully comprehend the magnitude of what you are, the power that you hold and the magnificence of your Being.
So, we learn in bites of information that we can handle.
And then we come back around for more when we are prepped for it. When we have integrated the first bites and are ready for the next round.
As we do this, we find layer after layer of Truth and Awakening. Round after round on the spiral of evolution. We learn and we grow. We feel like we take two steps forward and one step back. We make mistakes. And then we figure out that there really are no mistakes.
The glorious conclusion is that at some point we will not need anything but our Will. We innerstand that our CHOOSING is all that is necessary here in this Realm.
We see then that we have been Choosing all along — but we didn’t know it. We were operating on autopilot, Creating haphazardly like a child waving around a magic wand (a real one 😉). And we settle ourselves into the glorious task at hand.
When you start to see the power you hold and the magnificence of The Plan, you will laugh right out loud. You can’t help it. It’s the Soul finally being set free to do what it came here to do. It’s the joy of shaking off all the bullshit that held you back and throwing your head back in a cry of triumph.
Not because you have completed anything.
But because you have just begun.

He has done a ton of work on the connection between suppression of the Self and chronic illness. Authenticity is connection with the Self and honoring who you truly are by getting in tune with it and LIVING that out.
Living Authentically is the key to health and happiness.
