For what it’s worth, I had a massive pain develop in my lower abdomen yesterday afternoon. It has continued into today altho less painful.

I woke up totally energized this morning and then fizzled out about noon with more tension in my core. Just trying to work through it.

Just so y’all know. It’s not always easy for any of us.
All we can do is learn to ride it. 😇
