Only speaking for myself. My experience has been like waves or stairs. I have had things revealed as I could handle them. To much to fast and I fall apart. Missing the lesson. Some lessons have really hit me hard. Impacting my ability to even speak. So for myself. I have had to pace myself. As painful as that is. And slow. But I am far enough into this now to see profound changes. And yes finally learning how to use those other emotions to help balance myself.
I can only speak for myself. My entire life including my conception has been one of pain, lies and betrayal. All lesson I have had to decipher. Lied to abused and abandon as a child. Left to grow in CPS and on the street. Then into the military because the other option was jail. Only to deal with all that comes with service. And of course divorce. My point is ... I needed to resolve this stuff slowly.
This process is exactly like working metal. You heat it up. Work it under your hammer to be what you are molding. Quench it to make it hard... But now its brittle and while it will do what you want, but unless you temper it. It will shatter when hit with a shocking blow. So you heat it up again and put it back in the forge. But the second time its not to hammer it its to soften it. To give the metal the best ability to be hard yet still flexible. To be able to sustain an impact without shattering. In my opinion this is how I can explain what I am going through? Hope that makes sense.

If I may add to this, one small tip. When we face a hurdle or a challenge that we, ourselves don’t remember how to get past, the words, “I AM WILLING” breaks through the barrier. We do not have to know HOW, we simply need to recognize it and be willing to change. Then release it to our higher selves and Source within us to work it out. Words have power as we know, so I say it out loud and repeat it several times ( using my intuition for how many times.) I usually experience some sort of release ( a cough, a yawn, tears etc) or sometimes I notice a pain in my body. Notice the pain. Say “ I AM willing some more. The pain will either disappear in a release or it will start to move, which is very neat to experience. The energetic blockage has been released and is moving to find an exit. For example, I may have a pain in my gut, then in my heart, then in my throat, then I sneeze. Some blockages may need more time. Revisit the process as necessary to peel away the layers. I AM WILLING, I AM WILLING, I AM WILLING, can be used for anything. It is very powerful in shifting energies. Sometimes all we need to do is show up. 🌺

So do I 😆. I often need reminders. We try to control things so much. I can share a Divine message I received that may help others. I will give little clips that may help.
First they tell me to “ loosen my grip.”
“ There is much going on around you at all times. This swirls in your mind and energies. You feel rushed, pressured and behind always. We wish to emphasize how important rest is. You are undergoing much change. There are frequency shifts, purging of old stuck energies, timeline jumps and downloads. Your body is changing energetically and physically. REST IS NEEDED. Please ALLOW yourself the room to transform. It is difficult in a clenched fist. Loosen your grip. This is pressure you put on yourself. Take time to sleep and laugh, play and write with us and BE CREATIVE”. ….”Soon you will step into your ‘next’ role. The transition will be seemless, no effort required. You have already done the work, non- stop for years we might add. Job well done!”….
“ Now it will be an easier time - a gentler energy. We will assist you in “ stepping” into a higher reality. This will be done in your sleep ( This is for me personally, your journey may be the same or different, but I think for many it will be similar.) “ Upon awakening- you will feel peaceful, blissful and whole. A calmness and knowingness will be present within and around you. You will not ‘BECOME’, you will ‘BE’. You will rise and know something has shifted. You will feel renewed and ready to represent the new ways and possibilities. You are already transmitting codes and frequencies. You are ‘doing’ much more than you realize. Try to GO WITH THE FLOW. See yourself on a lazy River, floating past scenes 🎬 without a care in the world. Bob, float, rest and observe- or close your eyes and just BE in your own energies. This ‘show’ is truly not for you. You’ve done the work. It is time for you to reap the rewards. They are here in abundance ready for you. Do you wish to experience them now? Open your hands, your heart and receive them with gratitude.”
(I would like to add that I received this message on November 6. A few days ago I received a check from my bank out of the blue, for some plan they say I signed up for in 2011. They owed me money ( probably an audit from our favorite President). I was holding a check for $983!!!! We are so used to giving, but receiving is an energy as well. I almost didn’t open the envelope. I almost tore it up and threw it in the trash as junk mail. In order for the Universe and Source to give us miracles, we must ALLOW them to flow into our lives. We must open our hands to receive the blessings. This means letting go of the control and simply allowing. Who knows what blessings are just waiting for us to allow them in! I will finish the message with this as I feel it is for us ALL.)
“ You are a precious soul. We wish for you to release all that is not YOU, simply let it float away. Cut away all that holds your frequencies down, all that is not you- not love. You are SO loved. Remember your true essence. Celebrate who YOU ARE! Come back into alignment with YOU. Leave all else behind. You are Love/ loved.

It’s fascinating to me how people can clearly see the Hegelian dialectic at play when it comes to so many issues in our society and yet not see it in the ones that are arguably the most important.
Take Covid for example - people were presented with something to Fear: a deadly virus spreading wildly across the land.
They were shown pictures and told stories of its effects. So, when the solution to their problem / Fear was presented, many accepted it with not only willingness, but joy and relief. Thing is, the implementation of the “solution” was really the goal all along. Get the deadly jab into all of them. And get them to willingly submit to it.
Same with say, the increased invasions of privacy and infringement of our Rights that have followed every terror incident. Or the push to take away our guns after every school shooting.
So, if we can see this Fear, Solution, Capture (aka Problem, Reaction, Solution) cycle so clearly in these areas, then why is it so hard for people to see in the area of Religion?
We’ve been told there is something to Fear. The worst possible fate imaginable - and maybe that’s why it’s so hard for people to disentangle themselves from it. The fearful thing, Hell, is unprovable, but that matters not when you have books, and priests and centuries of repetition to drive the message home. The “invisible enemy” becomes very real in the minds and hearts of those who accept its premise.
Then we are given the solution: Jesus. The Church. Religion. Just believe as we tell you and you’ll be saved from The Bad Place. And then the people swallow it hook, line and sinker to ease the Fear that was IMPLANTED in them in order to get them to do just that.
So many in the Truther movement can see the BS in every area of their lives EXCEPT in their religious conditioning.
And who am I to think I should disabuse use them of this? Maybe their beliefs help them.
But…here’s what I always come back to: IT’S A LIE. And it steals a person’s ability to evolve and to claim their own Sovereignty, which is their birthright.
I truly wish for all Beings to Awaken to their True Nature. That is the sincere desire of my Heart.
I can’t make anyone see the Truth - and I really wouldn’t want to. We each have Free Will and each person has to discover it for themselves. But, I can point to the inconsistencies and the hints that might let someone realize they’ve been enslaved so that they develop the desire to release themselves from bondage.
You can’t escape a prison that you don’t even realize you’re in.

While I don't know... I'm inclined to think there was a man named Yeshua who did much of what is written about...but take a walk with me.....
Where did "Jesus Christ" come from? Jesus, is the translation of Yeshua into Joshua and then into Jesus. Supposedly.
Christ, however comes with a few different roots and meanings:
"an expected liberator or savior of a captive people"
"Messiah"
Greek; khristos: "the anointed,"
And now, a modern interpretation has arisen with language more familiar: "The balanced one." The one who has "picked up their cross" and follows the middle path, where all possible perspectives intersect to form a greater picture. Harmony.
I don't believe there was a man named "Christ" well...because there really wasn't, even in the Christian records, Yeshua himself never went by "Jesus Christ" when he aLived here.
"Yeshua" spent the "documented" portions of his life studying and learning. He met many teachers. In various places. Including places that Christianity has conveniently left out. Regardless, the general consensus about him is that he was a seeker of truth. Even if it challenged what he was taught, even if it challenged the narratives of his time. Especially then.
Through his open heart and desire for truth, he was able to access the consciousness which connects all things to their Source. God. This is where he pulled his teachings from. That moment depicted on the cross was ingrained into his story. He couldn't rebuke the truth even if he tried when he was sentenced to death. He welcomed death over deception because he had spent his life in dedication to the truth. He would not, could not forsake it.
Then his captures controlled his story. Read it again if you must. He knew it would be manipulated and said as much.
The words we use to describe that "anointment" IS the same basic concept behind "Christ Consciousness". Different lenses, different words, same thing.
The message which comes from that consciousness, is the same core story woven into me, woven into you, interconnecting us all. Yeshua wasn't the only messenger who had accessed it, he wasn't the first and he wasn't the last. This is the precise reason other religions, denominations and belief systems are "no-nos". You can't connect dots you don't know exist... Take a look around and you'll see...it's not actually a unique story...and they were not unique teachings... That same teaching is being stirred INSIDE so many of us today because we aren't clinging to what we don't actually know anymore. Our hearts are open to truth. No matter who it decries, no matter where it comes from.
Astrology is a whole other can.The stars tell the same story we are telling, but at a macro scale. Whether the stars influence the stories we tell, or reflect what we are ready to see-- that I'm not sure of yet. But there is a unified story being told through us at a micro scale which matches the stars at a macro scale.
I'm not salty about what has happened. Because I now see why it did. Our hearts HAD to be "put through the fire" or "baptized" in order to forge new pathways, for us to be authentic and genuine.
Otherwise we would've continued on believing in everyone's story but our own for the rest of eternity, allowing us to be controlled in even more ways than we already have been. Plus....sometimes it is in our nature to have to learn what a thing is "not" before we can truly innerstand what it is.
If Jesus just does it for you...awesome. That's YOUR business, take peace in that. I can only share from my heart and my lens but I do not think there is anything wrong with finding something that "works" and sticking with it. Plus, this Yeshua character was a badass.
Maybe this message isn't meant for you. But there are a lot who need it right now. Because this story has been used to break them.
It's not wrong to not "follow" Jesus Christ. And making someone afraid to not believe in a thing...isn't quite the same as them believing in it. When we're talking about God, that's kind of a shitty thing to do to a person JS.

Why is faith/belief based trauma arguably the most important bridge to cross and heal from?
Because it is the crux of what keeps you separate from your eternal, divine self.
That's why when you find someone who truly awakens and Stokes that part of you...you're not going to find a club to join. You won't find a class to enroll in. You won't find a church to pay tithing to. You won't find an institution and a singular book and singular guru to hand over your tuition (custody) to.
These teachings when they are truth and holy and pure will always always always point you back to your own self.
Whether you like that.
Whether you don't.
Whether you feel worthy yet.
Whether you don't.
Whether you're ready to accept it yet.
Whether you're not.
You are your own savior.
No one else is going to be able to get you where you're going.
No one else has the key.
There's no boat to catch.
There's no timeline to hold onto.
There's no frequency to go find.
It's you.

What if it has to activate in the unseen realm first?
