You are the Universe having an encounter.

You are stardust...which is also crystalized light.

That's is what you are.

WHO you are....

"I AM" is a whole other story. Literally and conceptually and spectacularly.

I’m going to try to articulate something that occurred to me today. I may not do it very well but it feels important and I think it needs to go out as is. I will tweak it more later. Here goes…

You cannot truly LIVE until you learn to LOVE yourSelf.

It’s no coincidence that you need an “I” to turn LOVE into LIVE. You need to Love the “I”, the Being that is You, in order to be capable of Loving anything outside of You because you cannot offer outwardly what you do not actually possess inwardly. You can’t offer what you don’t have.

The “O” is the all encompassing energy of Unity. The “I” can be described as the Self and the input of 1 (one). I think of “1” as being the “ON” signal. Think binary code. Ones and zeroes.
1 is the activation code for an energy. 0 is the potential energy that exists. It’s not nothing, it just hasn’t been channeled into a specific use yet.

In the Tarot deck, 1 is The Magician - the number of new beginnings and creation. He is the connection between spiritual and material realms. In essence, he is YOU — the connection point between Heaven and Earth.
The transducer of energy.

In numerology, 1 is the number of creation because all else stems from it. Without 1, nothing else can follow.
And without “I” or “1” in my life, nothing else can be created because I AM the center of my own universe. Without me, there is nothing for me to experience and hence, nothing exists. I am the activation code for my LIFE.

Let’s look at the O too, shall we? The circle is the symbol of the All. If we do the same as we did with 1 here and look at the letter as a number, “O” would be 0. Zero represents infinite possibility. In numerology it points to God, and specifically God as an infinite force that is nowhere and everywhere simultaneously. THE ALL. Infinite Potential.

So back to the “coincidence” of the letters in LOVE and LIVE. I must Love the “I” in order to Love The All or O. The 1 is needed to activate the 0.

So, you absolutely must learn to LOVE yourself UNCONDITIONALLY before you will be able to activate and to offer that frequency to anyone else.
That requires introspection.
That requires true Forgiveness.
That requires a deep understanding of who and what you are at your core.

You are a fractal of God (Infinite Potential) living out a life down here through a specific filter or persona. Once you see things that way, does it not become a bit easier to LOVE yourSelf? Do you see then, that Loving yourSelf IS Loving God?
(And, likewise, hating or condemning yourSelf is an AntiChrist aka Evil energy?)

And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

If I learn to Love myself, I apply the activation code of 1 to Love and I graduate into being able to LOVE and I therefore learn to LIVE— here, on Earth in this experience.

But here’s another “coincidence”…

If I do not learn to do this. If I do not Love mySelf, my “I”, with all my Heart, Soul and might…
Am I not then living an inverted life? Am I not then blaspheming against Creation and becoming the inversion of LIVE?

LIVE <—> EVIL

Evil is the act of NOT Living and of denying the Divinity within the Self and others.

THIS is what has been stolen from humanity: the knowledge of self. The understanding of what we are is essential to being able to fully activate ourselves.

It is key to accessing the activation code - perhaps this is where the Golden Number or phi, Φ comes from. The overlay of O and I, of 0 and 1.
The convergence of the ALL and the Individual.
Not separate.
Never were.
We just thought we were.

Its really very simple...1) KNOW who you are, 2) BE who you are. 😍

If you have a deep-seated sense of shame, guilt or unworthiness…
You’ll not be able to hear your still small voice. And even if you DO hear it, you won’t trust it.

You’ll listen to the OTHER one. The Egoic one. The loud, nasty one.

So….
Step one is to really analyze your own view of yourSelf. Wherever you find resistance or tension, that’s EXACTLY where you need to dig in.

Meditate.
Journal.
Spend time in Nature.
And Ask OUT LOUD for the Universe to guide you to Truth.

Stop searching and look inside.

Are you doing the work??? Really doing the work. If each day of your life was one piece of the puzzle of you. Are you connecting the pieces? Or are you only focusing on the parts that bring joy?

If you feel the call you will understand why you are being shown the ugly side of yourself. You absolutely need to focus on those pieces and put them where they belong. Often when you do, You may be surprised at how the picture changes. All to often we are betrayed by our memories. Part of this process is for us to revisit those moments or pieces and really examine how they fit into the over all photo of who we are.

Guilt, Anger, Hate, Rage, Fear, Aggression, Sadness, Helplessness, Confusion, Control, Jealousness are all emotions we all struggle. All emotions we have for some on a daily basis. All emotions perpetuated by society. All emotions taught to our young. We teach our society to embrace all those negative emotions. But have you ever been told that Love is a learned skill.

I bet no one ever sat you down and said you need to practice love to get better at loving... We don't do this... Not sure why. But if we did start to treat love as a learned skill as much as we tell people to embrace the suck. Imagine how we would change. Just my thoughts for the morning. I hope it causes you to assess yourself. And for some it may show you that you are worthy of love. I am learning to love each and everyone of you. Be kind with yourself. No one can hurt you like you hurt yourself. So flip that over and learn to love yourself. It will change you.
