When old patterns surface, donβt judge yourself as having moved backwards.
They are there for you to examine, evaluate and remove yet another layer of old ways of thinking and doing things. It gives you a chance look at it all again from the perspective that you have now and gain new insights.
No one ever really moves backwards on their Journey. And certainly, if you are even aware that you are visiting an old pattern, you are not back IN that pattern. If you were, you wouldnβt be aware of it! Youβd still be operating unconsciously.
So, give yourself a break. Observe and just CHOOSE. Choose who you wish to be and then carry on.
