Recovery is a process.
These things are very easy to say, learn and think you know, but when the rubber meets the road… like when you get on the road to recovery, you find out.

Changing your thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, beliefs and what you know as a matter of fact, is one way of describing the process.

Some ask for recovery and they do it right, so they receive it, but they are unfamiliar with what it ACTUALLY is… lol 😆
