Yevgeny Zinichev, 55, died while on duty in Norilsk during exercises to protect the Arctic zone from emergencies - Ministry of Emergency Situations
Zinchev reportedly died attempting to save a cameraman after he fell off a cliff edge into the water. The head of EMERCOM crashing into a protruding stone in the water in his rescue effort.
