I’m so very blessed that it did. I made it back from the pits of hell. I can now help others in their struggle and let people know that if they really want to get better they can. The answer was not prescription psychiatric pharmaceuticals. They were killing me slowly. I made so many important lifestyle changes with God’s help. Thankful for everyone who was in my healing circle too. Feel so grateful to those who helped me in my climb back up. 🙏

Many of us have journeys like this👆in our pasts. We are all survivors in one way or another.
I believe that those experiences, as difficult and painful as they have been, have prepared us to help others and to recognize that the entire world is going through a rock-bottom experience so that it can rise up above the darkness. We understand that this is not the end. This is the BEGINNING!

I’m here to tell you from experience that this is absolutely true. When we are lost in the thick of depression, uncertainty or anxiety, it’s too hard to see the bigger picture through the black clouds. It always seems endless and hopeless. But now I know that God never left my side when I was sick and struggling, and I tried to leave earth twice. It wasn’t my time~~ And those struggles, that depression, was the EXACT experience I needed to show myself how strong I really am.
I can now finally look back in gratitude… WOW.
So much peace in that. Please don’t ever give up. Giving up is never the answer. 💙💫💜

I never fit into that whole scenario, which is why I think I lived with depression for so very long. Truly, thinking back it’s been so hard being here on earth, because I never resonated on so many levels.
I am happy now that I have found happiness through self-love. I no longer need the approval of others. Just the approval of my own self…
