Explaining the Protocanon and Deuterocanon

So during the forty days ninety-four books were written.
And when the forty days were ended, the Most High spoke to me, saying, "Make public the twenty-four books that you wrote first and let the worthy and the unworthy read them;
But keep the seventy that were written last, in order to give them to the wise among your people.
For in them is the spring of understanding, the fountain of wisdom, and the river of knowledge."

Traditionally the 39 book Old Testament canon were numbered 24 by combining certain books into one. For example, the 12 minor prophets we today count as 12 books used to be counted as a single book. Our 39 books were what Ezra kept public for the "worthy and unworthy" to read. These are the Old Testament "Protocanon" or First Canon. By separating the 24 from the 70, Ezra "closed the canon," meaning nothing else afterwards could be added to the list of 24.

Any extra Old Testament book would be called "Deuterocanon" or Second Canon. The Old Testament Deuterocanon are the 70 books kept reserved for the "wise" by Ezra. This includes Apocryphal books many historically have believed to be inspired. The extra books were often called "ecclesiastical" historically, meaning they exist for the faithful, not outsiders.

Notice the 70 are a "spring of understanding, the fountain of wisdom, and the river of knowledge," but not a source of spiritual doctrine nor its confirmation. They are spiritually edifying, contain accurate history and prophecy, provide context and work in harmony with scripture. But they are not for the establishment of doctrine. The fulness of the faith and all salvific truths can be rightly established with our 66 book canon.

We must employ Prima Scriptura when discussing anything related to the Deuterocanon. The 66 book Protocanon will always have primacy over the Deuterocanon. This is the true faithful, historical and traditional European understanding of the extra books, and the understanding employed by the earliest group of believers in Christ.

These three verses are the only three in the New Testament that use the Greek word.
Strongs G1290 - diaspora: dispersion, i.e. (specially and concretely) the (converted) Israelite resident in Gentile countries:—(which are) scattered (abroad).
Diaspora only refers to Israelites scattered in the wilderness (in New Testament context)

[2] The Gentiles?
Usually "Gentile" really means "nation," but in John 7:35 "Gentiles" is actually the Greek word for Hellens, who are the Greeks.
1 Peter 1:1 lists multiple provinces in todays Turkey, in ancient times populated by mostly Gauls, Greeks, and related populations.
James 1:1 without debate addresses the letter to the Israelites.

Strongs G1588 - eklektos: select; by implication, favorite:—chosen, elect.
This same word appears in Psalm 105:6 LXX -
O ye seed of Abraham His servant, ye children of Jacob His chosen.
The Israelites are a race chosen by God.

All of this information points to the Greek and Gaulish peoples being Israelites by race. This confirms 1 Maccabees 12:21 which says verbatim Greeks are Israelites. By extension, this applies to the rest of Europe. The Anglo, Saxon, Germanic, Celtic, Scandinavian, Lombardic, Greek, and related peoples of the world are the Israelites.

As shown in previous posts, the Galatians (Germanic Gauls) are of the lost tribes of Israel. The "children" raised to Abraham are the faithful of the children of Israel.
