African DNA and the Christian Problem

According to this genetic study present day African populations can trace up to 19% of their DNA to an extinct archaic species lost to time. This chunk of DNA is not found in any modern European or Asian peoples, disproving the idea we evolved out of Africa. This also points to the possibility of humans breeding with another human-like species.

Published in this genetic study is a chart showing Africans to be more similar genetically to chimps than any other tested population.

These genetic studies prove the existence of race, the struggle most Christians face is to decode all the information in light of the Bible and Biblical history as a whole. Africans having mystery DNA and being closer relation with chimps than any other population should be brow-raising and deserving of a deep dive into what this means in terms of Biblical history, doctrine and theology.
Is Adam the true unadulterated father of all mankind? Did all of our genes come from Adam? If they did, where did the races come from? Where did this mystery species come from? Can Africans even be considered children of Adam at this point?

Many Christians avoid race all together, claiming we are all human, we are close enough genetically it doesn't matter, ect.
We are 60% genetically similar to bananas, 90% to cats, roughly 98.8% with chimps but we don't consider any of those human.
The supposedly small sliver of DNA that differentiates a European from a Sub-Saharan African is the same as the split between different species of animal.
For example, the North American Grey Wolf and the Coyote (different species) are 0.153% different, while a Sub-Saharan and a Caucasoid from England (considered same species) are supposedly 0.151% (even though Africans get 19% of their DNA from a mystery animal.)
