The Ice Age

According to scientists the sea level was 300-500 feet lower than it is today. How could this be? Genesis 7:11 says the fountains of the deep and windows of heaven were opened to release waters.
If you think about it, when the flood waters lowered those underground caverns filled back up with whatever amount of water they originally contained. The remaining water above froze and stayed in place.
The reason only the northern "hemisphere" froze is because of the suns strange pattern, as discussed here.
When the rest of the ice thawed and the suns rotation slowly fixed itself, the waters rose 300-500 feet, covering/sinking the Atlantic continent and closing land bridges.
Also if you think about the ice wall and the amount of ice outside it, we get a better picture of how much water was needed for the flood.

It can be assumed this ice age only lasted a couple generations after the worldwide flood, and possibly ended around the time Nimrod's world empire fell with the Tower of Babel.

Atlantis
Where it is and isn't

There are many theories as to where Atlantis is that range from a circle formation in Israel, a scarab shaped formation near Cyprus, and a ring-like formation in the Sahara Desert dubbed the "eye of Africa." Some even equate Atlantis to Hyperborea or Thule. There are even some theories that say the Americas is Atlantis. No matter how interesting these places are, all of them truly ignore the descriptions Plato gives.

This power came forth out of the Atlantic Ocean, for in those days the Atlantic was navigable; and there was an island situated in front of the straits which are by you called the Pillars of Heracles; the island was larger than Libya and Asia put together, and was the way to other islands, and from these you might pass to the whole of the opposite continent which surrounded the true ocean; for this sea which is within the Straits of Heracles is only a harbour, having a narrow entrance, but that other is a real sea, and the surrounding land may be most truly called a boundless continent.

Some say Plato's description is mere myth and speculation. This is oddly specific if you ask me, especially referencing a whole other continent on the other side of the Atlantic (the Americas). Is there a sunken island in the Atlantic? The Atlantic Continent during the Ice Age comes to mind... Are there any other proofs this is the true Atlantis?

Archaic Humans
Where did they come from?

Archaic means "very old." For whatever reason these "very old" humans did not all come looking the same. There were multiple "species" of humans out there, with genetic differences far greater than the different races of today. Why were there so many? How did they get there?

Earlier we learned about our Biblical ice age and how it only lasted a couple generations. Who inhabited the earth after our ice age? Before the ice age, the flood waters raged with Noah and his family on board the ark. Why are there so many different "species" of human that show up after the flood?

There were at least three types of Archaic Humans that are predominant around that time. Cro-Magnon, the Neanderthal, and "Homo Erectus". The reason for the quotes is because of the words very lose usage. How did these specific genetic groups sprout up in such a short time after the flood? Well it turns out scientists claim the mutation rate of early humans was faster than today. Now this could explain the difference between Cro-Magnon and Neanderthals but not "Homo Erectus."

All three groups (or at least their near ancestors) had to be on the ark, but which were part of Noah's family and which were locked up in the underbelly of the ship sleeping with the monkeys and cows? Is it possible a human-like species was considered an animal on the ark?

Archaic Humans
Noah's Family and the Beasts

Aboard the Ark there is Noah, Naamah, Shem, Japheth, Ham, and the three wives.
After the sin Ham committed against his father, blessings and curses were told to the three sons.

And he said, Curse be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

And Noah awoke from his sleep and knew all that his younger son had done unto him, and he cursed his son and said: “Cursed be Canaan; an enslaved servant shall he be unto his brethren.” And he blessed Shem, and said: "Blessed be the Lord God of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant. God shall enlarge Japheth, and God shall dwell in the dwelling of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant."

How is Japheth going to be enlarged and how is he going to dwell in the tents of Shem? Most theologians will point to very specific events usually in the middle east as fulfillment. But I propose a different theory.
Japheth's line spawned the Neanderthals.
This is why Neanderthals were such a large group. The tents in which they dwell is DNA. All of Shems descendants have Neanderthal DNA in various proportions.

Ham's line spawned Homo Erectus. Well, kind of.
They show up in the land in which Ham was given (Africa).
It is said in Jubilees 7:13 that Ham his wife and all his children departed away from where Noah set up camp. Canaanites spawn from Ham, but how in the world did Homo Erectus and even Blacks come from Ham's loins? One or more of Ham's children mated with the a human-like beast that was aboard the ark.

This leaves Cro-Magnon to Shem's line.

It is no doubt there are more than three types of people during the ice age, but three main sub-divisions are seen. The split multiplies every couple of generations due to small mutations, environmental factors, and cross-breeding. One question remains, what in the world is this mystery animal Hams line mated with?
