The Firmament pt 2 - Windows
... the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

People will say the firmament falling to earth in the form of rain is what caused the flood, but as we see here that is not the full story...

The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
- Gen 8:2

Are the windows of heaven symbolic of the firmament falling as rain or is it something that can be opened and shut again?
The "windows of heaven" are mentioned again in 2 Kings 7:2; 7:19 and Malachi 3:10.

... if the LORD would making windows in heaven, might this thing be?
- 2 Ki 7:2

... if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be?
- 2 Ki 7:19

... saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing...

If the firmament completely fell during the flood, why is it still being talked about later on by God YHWH Himself as if it still exists?
There is a physical barrier forcing us to stay on Earth.
Can man ascend into space? Can man penetrate the firmament?

And no man hath ascended up into heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

So tell me, has government organizations rendered these passages useless? Has astronauts proven the Bible is irrelevant?

The Firmament pt 3 - Layers and Stars
The firmament has layers. What are these layers, what inhabit these layers?

This may be a little too far out there for some people, but through my experience and research these are the conclusions I have came to.

Layers
Many people have heard of the "third heaven" spoken by Paul in II Corinthians 12:2 but less people know about the 10 levels mentioned in II Enoch, with God's throne on the 10th. (We will cover the books of Enoch soon for those waiting on that.)

On the tenth heaven, (which is called) Aravoth, I saw the appearance of the Lord's face, like iron made to glow in fire, and brought out, emitting sparks, and it burns.
- II Enoch 22:1

How could three be ten? The rainbow covenant after the flood comes into mind. Lets draw a picture...
The rainbow which is the shape of the firmament, can be looked at as a representation or even reflection of the firmament. It has 7 colors, 7 layers. Assuming these 7 colors represent the bottom 7 layers of the firmament, these layers can be seen as the 1st heaven. The 2nd heaven could be layers 8-9, the truly unknown portion. Layer 10 is the 3rd heaven, the throne of God and where the saved are. This top layer must therefore be infinite.

"Planets"
Each of the seven layers are ruled by a planet. There are 9 planets in our "solar system" (soul-lure system) including Pluto. One planet, Earth, can be subtracted now we are back to 8.
Each planet or "wandering star" (Jude 1:13) reflect the lower layer.
Lets paint another picture.
The layers go as follows, from bottom to top: Venus and Mercury (layer 1), Mars (layer 2), Jupiter (layer 3), Saturn (layer 4), Uranus (layer 5), Neptune (layer 6), Pluto + others (layer 7). Anything beyond layer 7 is unknown, as the LORD only revealed the 7 base layers. The wandering stars are very different from the normal stars.

Stars
Stars rule each level and stay in unison. The idea of stars falling from heaven in Rev 12:4 gives the idea that the stars above are angels, possibly Watchers or Orphanim due to their shape. Ignoring the CGI that NASA and other corporations dish out, when looking at stars they sometimes look wavy like they are in water or have strange designs on them. They could be the result of what is called Sonoluminescence, which is basically sounds/frequencies/vibrations that create light within water. (Compare stars with vibrating water droplets.) Unmovable Earth pt 1
According to the heliocentric model of our solar system, our earth is moving at 11 different axes. What does the scripture say about this? Lets explore.

They raised me up into a certain place, where there was the appearance of burning fire [Sheol]... They carried me to a lofty mountain, the top of which reached to heaven.
- I Enoch 17:1-2

And these shall serve To lay the foundations of heaven, And to strengthen the Earth...
- Jubilees 19:25

... for the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon them.
- II Samuel 2:8

Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.
- I Chronicles 16:30

... the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
- Psalm 93:1

... the word also shall be established that is shall not be moved: ...
- Psalm 96:10

... We have walked to and fro throughout the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest.
- Zechariah 1:11

As you can see here, scripture clearly teaches the earth is set upon pillars and does not move unless the Lord wants it to. There are plenty more passages to prove the earth stays still and is set on unmoving foundations.
Enoch and Jubilees are mentioned here to hammer in the point.

Funny, because Joshua proved this wrong by stopping the sun!

Then spoke Joshua to the LORD ... Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is this not written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven , and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
Joshua 10:12-13

And when they were smiting, the day was declining toward evening, and Joshua said in the sight of all the people, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon, and thou moon in the valley of Ajalon, until the nation shall have revenged itself upon its enemies. And the Lord harkened to the voice of Joshua, and the sun stood still in the midst of the heavens, and it stood still six and thirty moments, and the moon still still and hastened not to go down a whole day.
- Jasher 88:63-64

Modern scientists say if the earth stopped its spinning, "the momentum would send things flying eastward. Moving rocks and oceans would trigger earthquakes and tsunamis. The still-moving atmosphere would scour landscapes."

They also say if the earth stopped rotating around the sun suddenly "anything on the Earth's leading side would fly off into space, continuing along the Earth's orbital path around the sun. Anything on the trailing side would be pulverized against the Earth. It would be a horrible, gooey mess."

Whoever penned the book of Joshua wanted to make sure the reader knew the sun stopped by referencing the book of Jasher by name! A secondary source! For this story to be true, and it is, it must happen on a flat earth and not a globe.

Unmovable Earth pt 2 - Ancient Evidence
How did the ancients know the earth was flat?

All ancient cultures on earth believed in some form of a flat earth. Whether it be suspended by trees or within a cosmic egg, it was always flat. Where did they get this idea from? Is this just a coincidence? Most will show their arrogance and say "they were ignorant" or "they did not have the technology we do now." They had God, didn't they? Since when is man-made technology our primary source for knowledge? Are machines made by our hands and our imagination somehow greater than God?

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
- Proverbs 1:7

Adam and Eve had direct communication with God, as God was with them in the garden. This communication was different from what we have now, as God was physically there with them, with Adam and Eve able to see Him and hear His words. Adam gave a name to every animal (Gen 2:19-20), he was obviously a smart man. Is it such a wild theory to suggest Adam may have asked God about the shape of the very thing he was made out of? Is it crazy to think Adam asked God what he was standing on?

Flat Earth is ancient because it came from God. As the flat earth is revealed through the scriptures, I believe this truth was revealed to Adam in the garden. If Adam was told he lived on a planet in a random location in an infinite universe, don't you think he would've told somebody? His children perhaps?

To believe the ancients were ignorant is silly. Who do you think penned the scriptures? Are the scriptures ignorant too? My final authority is God, not the wisdom of men.

That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Scripture proves the earth is not rotating. Is it still a sphere though?

Short answer:
No

Long answer:
The realm is established upon pillars (II Sam 2:8) and cannot be moved (Ps 93:1).
The heliocentric model doesn't make sense when talking about the tower of Babel (Gen 11), Jacobs ladder (Gen 28:12), stars falling form heaven (Rev 12:4), the tree that reached heaven (Dan 4:11), Satan showing Christ all the kingdoms of the world (Mat 4:8-9), Christ ascending upward (Lk 24:50-51).
The earth is flat.

The moon is plasma, somehow someway stuck with the shadowy image of what the earth once looked like.
Its image reminds me of the shadows burned into the sidewalks and walls in Hiroshima after dropping the atomic bombs.
This is the oldest map we could ever have, given to us by either a natural event created by the Lord YHWH or caused by mans hands during some ancient explosion. The flood maybe? Does the sun have anything to do with it? Did something happen with the sun that burned the earth into the moon, or was it caused by a massive nuclear explosion? Nevertheless, the image is there and we inhabit only a portion.
What else is out there? We may never truly know until we get to heaven.

You've all been waiting for this, here it is.

The Book of Enoch, or I Enoch has interested people for generations. The Church Fathers referenced a book of Enoch often, but nobody really knew what the book was or where to find it. It seemed to be lost forever.
First revealed to the public by the Ethiopian Church, scholars thought the book to have little to no legitimacy. Some however, believed it to be a copy of an older Greek manuscript.
In 1947 the Dead Sea Scrolls were uncovered, and the Book of Enoch was found. This version is the oldest one to date. Because of its place in the DSS it can be assumed it was part of Solomon's Temple Library.
Since then, Greek and Latin fragments have been found that predate the Ethiopic version. Because of older fragments were found later on, the older translations of the book lack due to less resources.

The Book of Enoch is directly quoted from in Deuteronomy 33:2 (I Enoch 1:3-4) and Jude 1:14-15 (I Enoch 1:9). Many times in the New Testament we see references and allusions to I Enoch. The Epistle of Barnabas lists this book alongside 2 Esdras as canonical. The word of God quoted from I Enoch as if it was history... Just think about that for a moment.

The Book of Enoch does not conflict scripture, it actually supports many ideas found within the Bible such as Genesis 6:4 & Hebrews 11:5-6.
Many say this is a Gnostic work but because it is found in the DSS that theory is blown out of the water.

Many have argued the reason I Enoch is not in our Bibles is because of its description of Christ, directly calling Him the Son of Man. Because of this, Pharisees and other religious elite threw it away. This could be the case, but God would not allow something like that to happen if it was Isaiah or Matthew. There must be a reason God allowed it to be separated from the bunch and yet still preserved it after all this time.

I think the biggest piece of evidence behind why it has been kept secret for so long is in the book itself (from the Ethiopic version):
The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation...
- I Enoch 1:1-2

It should be noted the only reason why it is called first Enoch is to distinguish it from other books claiming to be written by or about Enoch but this does not mean they are connected or have the same legitimacy.
The book of Enoch should be looked at as a secondary source to the Bible along with books like Jasher and 2 Esdras that do not conflict with the Bible but still should be left out of the canon. The books add context and compliment essential Bible doctrine. There is a tier list of "spiritual authority" in the making...

The Sun and Moon
What are the sun and moon according to the Biblical model of the universe?

And God made two great lights; the greater light (the sun) to rule the day, and the lesser light (the moon) to rule the night...
- Genesis 1:16

...and the moon give her light...

The course of the moon's path to the righteous is light, but to sinners it is darkness... He showed me the power of the moon's light...
- I Enoch 41:6; 59:5

These two luminaries (the sun and moon), whose orbs are the orbs of heaven; and the dimensions of both are equal.
- I Enoch 77:3

Both the sun and moon are orbs of plasma that give off their own light, and are the same size. The light from the sun is warm, while the light from the moon is cold.
According to 1 Enoch 77:1-2 the sun and moon go by different names.
The sun goes by Aryares and Tomas
The moon goes by Asonya, Ebla, Benase, and Erae

Aryares in the Hebrew is uncertain, but is speculated to mean "golden sunrise" and is very reminiscent of the word Aryan, which means "honorable; nobile; of good family."
Tomas in the Hebrew means "twin." The divine twins of ancient Aryan mythology come to mind.
Both of these names are masculine in nature.

Asonya in Hebrew means "gift of God."
Ebla in Hebrew means "black" or "dark." Could be describing the night or the new moon.
Benase in Hebrew means "pale; blonde; white." Could be a reference to the full moon. Again, the Aryans come to mind.
Eraea in Hebrew means "red/brown." Probably a reference to a blood moon.
These four names are feminine.

The sun and moon are used as time instruments to calculate seasons, holidays, weeks, months, ect.
Ancient Israelites and the Essenes used the moon to calculate holidays and Sabbaths, a practice completely abandoned by the Pharisee and Sadducee. When using the moon to calculate Sabbaths, they don't always occur on our Saturday or Sunday, as they could land on really any day of the week. Jews, using their corrupt calendar system, always put the Sabbath on Saturday. Christians use Sunday as a reminder of the eternal Sabbath found in Christ.
In scripture the sun is used as an example of the Lord's glory, probably on account of its brightness and life-giving abilities.
During that great Day of the Lord, the sun will be darkened and the moon will be turned to blood. The sun was completely darkened when Yeshua Christ was upon the cross and will be darkened again.

The sun and moon could be looked at as twins, representing eternal opposites. Male and female, hot and cold, light and dark, constant and changing.
With this in mindset it is no wonder the sun was stopped over the battlefield in the book of Joshua, as its masculine energy was needed.
The moon being feminine and turning to blood makes sense as well, as it will be great pain and suffering for the unsaved during that great Day.

The idea the moon has the map of the old world may not be backed by scripture, but may have ties to a disturbance of the sun that dates around the time of Noah's flood.
A man named George Dodwell used data form modern and ancient astronomers of the path the sun took. His studies seem to suggest the suns path is "recovering" from an unknown event, possibly the deluge or an event prior. This event could be the same thing that caused that image to be burned onto the moon... We can only speculate what this event could've been. I already have some ideas and answers, but I will continue to study the scriptures for answers.
