This may be bizarre and new for some people here, so stick with me.

As covered here, we learned the Bible is perfect as it is God's perfect and infallible word.
As covered here, we learned what Biblical translations are and which English Bible version to rely on.
With this information, in accordance with the Lords will, we will now learn one of the biggest hidden truths of the Bible and current human history.

Flat Earth is a Biblical doctrine of which many others rely upon, and I'm going to prove it.
This will probably be a long thread of posts so stay with me.

First, I will remind you of some verses:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Now with God's ordinances in mind and a heart of pure faith, listening and learning before making any conclusions, we will now cover one of the biggest Biblical cover-ups ever, the Flat Earth.

The Firmament pt 1
This is the first step into debunking the heliocentric lie. The Firmament is a key component.

The word Firmament occurs in the KJV 17 times in 15 verses. These verses are...
Gen 1:6-8, 14-15, 17, 20

Eze 1:22-23, 25-26; 10:1

The Hebrew word for Firmament is (רָקִיעַ) râqîya [Strong's H7549] which means "properly, an expanse, i.e. the firmament or (apparently) visible arch of the sky" with a root word meaning "to pound the earth (as a sign of passion); by analogy to expand (by hammering); by implication, to overlay (with thin sheets of metal):—beat, make broad, spread abroad (forth, over, out, into plates), stamp, stretch." [H7554] The word Firmament is often used to describe a physical "vault of the heavens."

The latest chronological mention of the word is from Ezekiel, when describing the "living creatures" (cherubim).

Many current theologians believe the firmament was a layer of water that surrounded the earth in pre-flood times, that shielded humans from space radiation which allowed humans to live so long. The layer fell and flooded the earth.
This seems like a cope to me.
Well first off, how can water separate water from water (Gen 1:6-7)? Also, if the firmament ceased to exist in Genesis 8, which is when the flood ended, why is it mentioned later on in the Bible?

The book of Job takes place before Genesis 11. In Job 37:18 it explains the sky in this manner:
Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?
- rāqaʿ [Strong's H7554] is translated into Hast thou with him spread out which is the root word of Firmament.
- šaḥaq [Strong's H7834] is translated into the sky. The word means "a powder (as beaten small); by analogy, a thin vapor; by extension, the firmament" with a root word meaning "to comminate (by trituration or attrition):—beat, wear." [Strong's H7833]

If the firmament fell completely in Genesis 8, why is it mentioned again in Genesis 11 like it is still there?
Job is explaining how the Lord stretched out the firmament like a sheet of metal.

Using these definitions we can conclude the firmament is a solid piece stretched out like a sheet of metal.
Does this mean space doesn't exist? How can scripture explain the moon landing and NASA and the International Space Station? We will cover this and much more later on.

Name of Christ
There has been some confusion lately, concerning the actual name of Christ. Is it Jesus, Yeshua, Easoua...? Lets explore this.

The Textus Receptus (more info here) was found in Antioch Syria. Antioch was the church Paul centered his ministry (Acts 15:35). If these manuscripts were used by Paul and the other apostles. It is safe to say it was originally written in Greek, or at least there are Greek copies of the originals some penned by the apostles.

What is Christs name? In the KJV it says Jesus. When written in Greek, it looks like this: Ἰησοῦς and is pronounced ee-ay-sooce' [Strong's G2424]. Though the KJV uses Jesus, His birth name is the Aramaic Yeshua. How so?

First off, what language did Christ speak? Because Christ is God He could speak all languages, but for our sake we will stick to languages spoken throughout the region.

After Alexander the Great conquered, Greek became many peoples main or secondary language.
The Romans spoke Latin but since Judaea was part of the Eastern half of the empire, the common language for the Romans was Greek. Latin was then reserved for important political and military matters.
Judaeans mainly spoke dialects of Hebrew or Aramaic, with Greek as their secondary language. At the time, Greek was preserved as the intellectuals language. The common folk was not fluent in Greek, but knew enough to get by.
Hebrew was used specifically in the Synagogues during Torah readings and prayer. The Pharisees mostly used Hebrew as well.
Aramaic was many peoples first language in most of Judaea and much of Syria, as Greek serving a secondary language there.

Christ grew up in Nazareth Galilee. Back in the time of Christ the people there spoke a Galilean dialect of Aramaic as their first language and Greek as their second.
Christ, the Apostles and most of Judaea spoke Aramaic. Here is a link to a site that lays out plenty of evidence, for those skeptical.

Christ spoke Aramaic and was given an Aramaic name. That name using English letters is Yeshua. We speak English so we will use English letters.

Jesus Christ in Aramaic is Yeshua Msheekha.
Another person in the Bible whos name is Yeshua is actually Joshua from the Old Testament. Translators of the KJV wanted the names to be different to avoid any confusion. The name Joshua and Jesus are just two different translations of Yeshua. As you can see, Joshua and Yeshua are extremely similar.
The names Jesus and Joshua are the English translation of the Latin translation of the Greek translation of the Aramaic.
The reason Greek was used to write the New Testament in my opinion was because most of the known world spoke or at least knew Greek. If they wrote it in Aramaic only those from Judaea and Syria could read it. Greek was known everywhere and like I said before, Greek was the language of intellectuals. Why would a Roman, Greek, ect. care about something written in Aramaic?

If you want to call Christ by His English, Latin, or Greek name you can because God knows who you are talking about.
But Yeshua is my Saviours birth name, so that is the name I will be sticking with and I suggest you start getting in the habit of using Yeshua out of respect and give glory of Christ, not man.
It is up to you. Do you want to give Christ the glory or the translators?

It is the same line of thinking when I use YHWH instead of Jehovah, but this will be covered later on. I do it out of respect of the ancient tradition found in ancient manuscripts and give glory to God instead of man.

The only time I use Jesus is when quoting the KJV or speak to others who do not know who Yeshua is. Everyone knows who Jesus is but not many know who Yeshua is.

The Firmament pt 2 - Windows
... the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
- Gen 7:11-12

People will say the firmament falling to earth in the form of rain is what caused the flood, but as we see here that is not the full story...

The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
- Gen 8:2

Are the windows of heaven symbolic of the firmament falling as rain or is it something that can be opened and shut again?
The "windows of heaven" are mentioned again in 2 Kings 7:2; 7:19 and Malachi 3:10.

... if the LORD would making windows in heaven, might this thing be?
- 2 Ki 7:2

... if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be?
- 2 Ki 7:19

... saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing...
- Mal 3:10

If the firmament completely fell during the flood, why is it still being talked about later on by God YHWH Himself as if it still exists?
There is a physical barrier forcing us to stay on Earth.
Can man ascend into space? Can man penetrate the firmament?

And no man hath ascended up into heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended?...

So tell me, has government organizations rendered these passages useless? Has astronauts proven the Bible is irrelevant?
