If you tamper with the ECU or pull a fuse, it instantly generates a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) and flags the manufacturer’s cloud.
General Motors just got caught by the FTC tracking driver behavior EVERY 3 SECONDS and selling it to insurance companies. Ford just patented interior cameras that scan your irises and read your lips. A modern car generates 25GB of data per hour.
