TODAY, The man responsible for destroying a young woman's life and nearly killing her...leaving her with life long physical, and mental issues walks out of jail a free man.
This woman will face a life of financial, physical and psychological damage by this man. Yet ...Today he is now FREE having served his pentance according to Canada's Judicial System.
The driver, of the tow truck who nearly killed her, claimed refugee status to evade deportation.
He needed an English translator. How did he acquire an AZ license and work for CAA with zero English or French?
He only received a 5 month provincial sentence, minus the (time spent for good behaviour aka remission law) 1/3. Total time in jail: 76 days
He is released today, January 7, 2026. His time incarcerated, is less than the hospital and ongoing recovery for his victim.
