Rand Paul says he has emails proving Fauci sent documents to Francis Collins (NIH Director) with the instruction: "read it, then DESTROY it."
"That is against the law. You're not allowed to do that in the executive branch."
Paul says there is a good chance this could put Fauci behind bars because his pardon is too vague and too long to hold up in court:
"I think there's a chance we'd win that... You can't give people some kind of pardon for everything."

Fauci is pleading the 5th on everything.
Schertler is the same swamp lawyer who represented Joe Biden's White House doctor during hearings last year (who presumably covered up Biden's mental decline while in office) - and Schertler had Biden's doctor plead the 5th on everything, too.

Many more people died of Covid under the Biden Administration than under the Trump Administration. “Operation Warp Speed” was a SPECTACULAR SUCCESS, in fact, many say, one of the most successful things ever done by an American President. I overrode Fauci on this. His ideas were CRAZY! Also, I said from the beginning that the Virus came from the Wuhan Laboratory in China. Fauci strongly disagreed, always trying to protect China. I Inherited Fauci, who was there since the 1980’s, but with each passing day, relied less and less on him. He made too many bad calls, like on MASKS. Remember at the beginning he was an anti-masker. He then switched to a super-masker. In any event I didn’t let him shut the Country down, although he wanted to. I went the Federalist way, and let the governors decide. The Republican governors did a much better job than the Dumocrats. Fauci was largely taken out of play, and then along came Sleepy Joe Biden, who made Fauci a “King!” I called Biden to tell him Fauci was no good, either didn’t have a clue, or was dishonest. The call was well received, but sadly,
not acted on. Biden went on to give Fauci vast destructive power. The rest is history! President DJT

I can’t tell you what the law is, but it’s a very difficult process that involves a lot of proof and written testimony. Maybe there is something there with the autopan but other than that the presidential pardon is very powerful.

However, John Cornyn, of Texas, and Thom Tillis, of North Carolina, both of whom I refused to Endorse, and whose political careers have been ended by my action, are refusing to vote for this Great Nominee, who will remain, in any event, as Acting.
Remember, both Cornyn and Tillis voted for Merrick Garland, and others, too numerous to mention. I have no objection to temporarily withdrawing Todd’s name, if they do not do the right thing, and putting him back after Cornyn and Tillis are out of office.
