Body camera footage captured a police officer in Beeville, Texas rescuing a newborn after a vehicle became trapped in fast-moving floodwaters during heavy rain. After the driver yelled that a baby was inside the car, the officer entered the flooded creek, forced open the vehicle door, and carried the infant to safety. Another responder shielded the baby from the rain as emergency crews responded. Police said the flooding overwhelmed a low-water crossing before barricades could be installed.
