Btw, just found out, if you use videos with no camera motion, you can achieve 3D parallax on videos as well.
Only catch is, you need to use a frame/image of the video as wallpaper first. So that it generates the depth map and uses it for parallax occlusion.
Also don't try this on lower or lower mid end phones, it'll lag.
