Dear Travala.com Community,

I’ve missed our regular interactions! Throughout our 5-year journey, Travala.com has grown to become a global platform with hundreds of thousands of monthly active users. Despite our rapid growth, we recognize how important it is that we continue to have a strong relationship with our passionate community.

This update is a taste of things to come. We’ll be sharing updates in a similar format/structure every month to bring some key internal updates directly from us to you in a casual, conversational style. In each update, we’ll also highlight some of the creative contributions from the community and have a bit of fun along the way.

We believe this is a great way forward to strengthen our communications as Travala.com continues to evolve, and we’re extremely grateful for your loyal and unwavering support from day one.

Travala.com Travel Tiger Club Marketing Tasks (4 - 18 July) ✈️

Ambassadors, congratulations on a very active marketing task round:
- Participation of 500 users
- 14k entries and 5.4k actions!

We learned some good lessons this round:

1️⃣ 3 weeks felt a little too long, we will shorten the marketing task period for next time

2️⃣ The frequency of multiple retweeting tasks caused a temporary suspension for some users - we will space out retweeting tasks in future

As always, your feedback is important for helping us improve the experience - do let us know what you liked, and what you think we can do better for next time

The Ambassador bonus we will be ready for claiming within two weeks - more details about the bonus prizes will also be coming as well, stay tuned for this 🐯
