Just rolled out a minor update implementing QR switch as requested by some users.
Use /disable_qr to disable QR code recognition and /enable_qr to enable it.
So you can have QR recognition enabled and text recognition in photos (OCR) turned off.

#tips: you can translate not only voice messages, but also images. Try it out!
