To me it seems ridiculous, that as this Indian pointed out, an accented Polish police constable wasn't understandable, she's then guilty of racial abuse?
She's clearly a moron, but notwithstanding..

Chad has signed the UN refugee agency asylum law. This gives protection to asylum seekers and refugees.
This is good news as Chad is a neighbouring country of Sudan. It has many refugee camps and villages aided by the UN.
There is no reason for any Sudanese people to leave their continent as there are many safe countries in close proximity.

Detectives are still looking for the predators, described as young black men, one wearing a white, short-sleeved t-shirt and black waistcoat with blue jeans, the other was wearing dark clothing.
