All indications suggest NORAD is still hunting *something* near the U.S./Canadian border in the Lake Michigan–Huron area.
A new NOTAM was just issued by TCCA over Lake Huron, and U.S. military aircraft continue to canvas the area.
Update: Looks like a PC-12NG ISR aircraft and another KC-135 tanker are joining the party.
Update: The flight paths of the E-3 and KC-135 seem to line up with current wind currents, suggesting we are indeed looking to line up for another balloon kill.
