The EU Settlement Scheme whereby we gave 6million or more EU migrants the right to settle in Britain, has been declared unlawful. This is due to the fact some will not apply and therefore be excluded or declared to be here unlawfully in time (echoes of the Windrush nonsense here). What of those who make later claims (or of Brits in Europe?) Let's scrap it all.
