PS to declare something "obsolete" means it is or should be replaced with something better. Sunak has declared international refugee law obsolete, endangered by 100 million displaced, yet proposes no legal alternative framework.

He was diverted to migrant centres for interlopers who had dialled 999 for non-issues, away from an Irish man who had much more serious issues. The latter has now died due to the delays. I've left out the details for caution's sake. "In some main urban areas 75% of calls are to non-nationals" (for generally non-cases).
