This area is badly served by academic analyses - for the obvious reasons. An author of an earlier book who had collated many of the stats together - The Sexual Dead End - just escaped prosecution in the UK for doing so. Deeper analysis and stats needed for a truer, wider understanding of what proportion engage in risky, life shortening behaviours and the wider social costs.
