A 24-year-old master’s student has been banned from using any public toilets within the M25 after he approached a 15-year-old boy at a London train station and asked him to perform sexual acts for him.

"There is no difference between men and women here if they are of conscription age," he emphasized during a briefing in Brussels.

However, simultaneous reports from several European countries indicate that women applying for temporary protection are now being offered or required to install the "Reserve+" application.
