Rajwinder Singh has been found guilty of murdering 24-year-old Toyah Cordingley on Wangetti Beach in far North Queensland, delivering a verdict seven years after her body was discovered buried in a shallow grave on 22 October 2018.
Toyah Cordingley was last seen walking her dog, Indie, on Wangetti Beach on 21 October 2018, and her body was found the next morning by her father, Troy Cordingley.
The prosecution presented circumstantial evidence, including DNA from a stick found at the scene that was 3.7 billion times more likely to belong to Singh than any other person, phone records showing her phone moved south after her death, and CCTV footage of a blue Alfa Romeo sedan similar to one owned by Singh in the area.
Singh, a former hospital nurse from Innisfail, fled to India the day after Cordingley’s body was found and was not seen again until his arrest in New Delhi in November 2022, after a $1 million reward was offered for information leading to his location.
The retrial began on 10 November 2025 and lasted four weeks, with over 80 witnesses called to testify; the jury visited the crime scene during the trial.
Singh had pleaded not guilty throughout the proceedings, and during the trial, he reportedly told an undercover officer he had witnessed the attack and fled in fear.
Cordingley’s family expressed that while the verdict brings a form of justice, the loss of their daughter cannot be undone, and the person responsible will never be forgiven.

There was no shortage of White people who deserved to be at Cambridge based on actual merit. Instead, a Ghanaian scam artist occupied that professorship, because Cambridge, like every other Western institution, was engaged in an anti-White “diversity” march.
Jason Arday was elevated in British society for the same reason a Pakistani girl named Zarah Sultana is elevated in British society; non-White privilege.
And Arday, like Sultana, used his privileged position in society to push anti-Whiteness.
It's not just that third world non-Whites in the West are the most privileged “minority” that's ever existed...
It's not just that this impossibly privileged “minority” is unappreciative of their entirely unearned status...
It's that these walking, talking bioweapons openly embrace their intended use and don't merely volunteer in the War On White People, but make it their profession. Paid, of course, with public dollars extracted from the very White people they help wage war upon.
Arday's entire life was a lie. When it finally collided with the truth, he ended it, because without the lie, he cannot exist.
This African scammer defrauded British society. He made his own bed, lied in it, and, finally, killed himself in it.
So what must we conclude from this?
It's all White people's fault. .....
