I recall a certain civic nationalist YouTuber telling me that English culture is embodied in the figure of Robin Hood - and also that the best thing about English culture is that it is not ethnic, and therefore can be adopted "by anyone". Well, he's going to get his wish now.

I won't deny that I get a kick from being proven right. But I do wish that other people weren't so fucking wrong.
