Couched in exculpatory language. It's long been clear that many young people get significant benefits if they can get diagnosed. Extra exam time, taxis to school or parents as paid carers; post-education welfare support including cheap vehicles etc Those who get welfare and are not expected to seek work in the vast majority of cases are either 'mental health' classified, or lesserly having physical impairments such as a bad back. It's now so rife that any party seeking to tackle it, will have a serious problem in getting elected. Restore have made noises here. But it's either dealt with, or welfare collapse in future.
